@Luke I’m still confused by what you’re saying/asking. Here’s what happened: I was scouted by a German club, and then they flew me out to Germany

After 1-2 months of daily 800g white button mushrooms boiled for 3 hours, eaten with 3 big raw carrots before bed, I realized I got SIBO symptoms because white button mushrooms contain mannitol, which is basically a prebiotic only fermented by bad bacteria. I'm going to continue only with the carrots from today on
