@Luke I’m still confused by what you’re saying/asking. Here’s what happened: I was scouted by a German club, and then they flew me out to Germany

After 1-2 months of daily 800g white button mushrooms boiled for 3 hours, eaten with 3 big raw carrots before bed, I realized I got SIBO symptoms because white button mushrooms contain mannitol, which is basically a prebiotic only fermented by bad bacteria. I'm going to continue only with the carrots from today on

lowering fat intake has been a game changer for me. drank 8 liters of 1.5% milk a day -> bananas and 0.1% fat milk a day liver once a week and some supplements. started finally losing weight hopefully it was the change i needed to finally become lean

Interesting, maybe I should 0.1% milk a try again. I didn't really consider it because I was concerned about the quality of the milk.

Lead being found in supplements and protein powders/shakes. I think supplements have other additives and probably impurities.

I think lobotomize me is lobotomizing themselves.

I was sick and didn't eat yogurt for 2 weeks. Finally went back and instantly feel much better eating like 15 oz for lunch. I'm thinking the fat from dairy/yogurt is more satiating and keeps down the junk/pufa fat craving quite a bit. In other words, without yogurt which sounded and felt bad because I was sick, I was craving cheap pizza, Chinese, chips, etc.

It can be difficult to fill these simple cravings with Peaty alternatives. I'm just happy most of the good stuff is relatively affordable.

Adding bananas to my milk and glucose diet made me suffer from the common cold only 5 days after starting. Cds ,activated charcoal , oregano oil , t3 , nmn , inhaling iodine, exams, vit b1 mega dose, butekyo . Haven't managed to save me

Note: the last time I was sick was slightly more then a year and a half ago since starting peating

Stress hormones suppress immune system. Mild sickness symptoms can be a good sign because it shows the immune system is active.

@pittybitty my guy ive been mega dosing aspirin milk with glucose salt taurine glycine for a while now so i dont believe it is stress hormones getting lowered. before peat doing extremely strict keto i was sick every 3 or 4 months so i am probably more prone to getting ill when stress hormones dominate
