How can I increase testosterone to supraphysiological levels? Provided I already get enough micronutrients and sun.
Looking to get super yoked
Thanks. -
@ATP By taking testosterone?

@haidut had a post on rpf in 2013 about using super high Vit E and BCAA to get 1500+ test. I'd like to see someone recreate that!
It's at the bottom of the page:
https://archive.is/7Qxn8(I don't want to copy it directly here cause rpf had a nasty (and absurd) copyright claim in their terms of service and i dont want to give them any ammo against this site.)
Here's an interesting group:
14% of Turkana nomadic pastoralists in east africa (living on meat and milk and extremely lean) were over 1500 ng/dl (Their population average was 943 ng/dl)
But Turkana people that had moved to a settled agriculture life on some kind of charity farm village setup were down to 675 ng/dl population average.

@ATP wow fantastic info, just the sort of thing i've been looking for. may try it and make a thread about my experience with it
-
@insufferable how the fuck was he dry powdering 50g of powder at a time. I tried 10g of gelatin and milk to wash it down and it was really unpleasant
-
@insufferable
This is epic thanks
I think BCAA's in general should be looked at more, seems like they're usually written off by peaters. -
@insufferable why didn't they make that the focus of testosterone in the Raypeat forums. Seems like trt levels of info without taking trt a decade ago.
-
@Marquis777 It's specific to the individual. Anyone with primary hypogonadism wouldn't be able to use that. He was also taking a lot of stuff. Vitamin E, B6, zinc, BCAA's, a mix of different proteins. You'd have to be strict about that too, doing it religiously everyday. Most people would probably just rather pen test and be done with it.
On a side note, the thread (if it still exists) where people were experimenting with putting pansterone on their balls had a lot of people report increases in T. I think IIRC someone even posted blood work of before/after.

primary hypogonadism
Can you ellaborate on this? Why did it work for him but not for someome wth normal conditions?
-
@Kilgore What I mean by "primary" is the low testosterone is not from insufficient stimulation of the leydig cells. When the issues are related to some sort of imbalance in the HPTA then natural solutions can probably fix it. When the leydig cells are simply not responsive to high GnRH and LH outputs, then trt will likely be your only solution...unless theoretically you could lower oxidative stress and inflammation to the point the leydig cells become responsive again. But that certainly won't work for everyone, or even most.
-
@Kilgore Haidut's leydig cells are likely responding very well, so lowering prolactin and increasing dopamine paves the way for outstanding GnRH firing, which raised his testosterone dramatically.
-
@insufferable I'm probably gonna try this very soon.
-
@ATP There is a comprehensive article about it https://testonation.com/2018/10/23/46-ways-to-increase-dht/ (it describes methods to increase both testosterone and dihydrotestosterone)
-
@Mulloch94 Thanks. I will try this one day. Will report back on experience.

@insufferable Very interesting article.
It should be noted that the !Kung San are the only hunter-gatherers who had prediabetic range of glucose tolerance. It is most likely due to their unreasonable consumption of the mongongo nuts (sometimes 80% of their diet), which contains 40% linoleic acid, especially as the glucose tolerance tests were conducted during the season where the mongongo fruits come ripe for consumption.
Surely the PUFA didn't help to ramp up testosterone. -

Prioritize metabolism
Eat sufficient calories with high nutrient dense foods
Do high T behavior (lift weights, run businesses, fuck chicks) -
@xyit Absolutely delightful
