Recently have been having carpal tunnel syndrome flare ups - all fingers numb except for the pinky, pain in palm. Worst while sleeping (sometimes wakes me up) and usually goes away in an hour after waking up.

As I understand it is an effect of estrogen causing an edema around the carpal tunnel, piching a nerve in the tunnel.
Does anyone else have this and has found a solution?

@PissBoy Look up videos from Asking Doctor Jo and perhaps consider night splints☺

wabi-sabi reminds you that life is fragile and temporary, it is as impermanent as anything else in nature, so why not give yourself permission to be just that, yourself?

          1. stress relief
          2. pinched or crowded nerve caused by inflammation?
          3. reduce inflammation
          4. stretches
          5. walking

I think I have a similar thing. Play guitar and work with my hands. If I walk sometimes my hands get really tight / tense, but later, they will feel better. I think it's a lot of use, and circulation. I don't like smartphones and computers as I think the heat/radiation they produce is having some effect on my fingers.

I'd try a combi with B6 and B1. It functions well for me: excess sensibility and pain in hand wrist. Mind the way.

I’ve had it solved a couple times from deep tissue massage in the forearms especially the meat right under the boney inner part. The same nerves will light up when hitting the right spots of tension
