@Hando-Jin And when fiber causes me redness/rashes and itchy scalp? with improved bowel movements?
Or when meat/fish/eggs cause me sulphur smelling armpits a day later?

One thing I think of is my experience with so many pro-motility substances causing herx reactions.
Or when meat/fish/eggs cause me sulphur smelling armpits a day later?
Classic poor liver function causing poor protein digestion. Ray dealt with clients who were on deaths door that after a few days on a therapeutic protein replacement, like potato juice, healed them. I don’t doubt you may be in worse shape.
But i would attack it with multiple pro-gut substances (aspirin/K2/B1/B3/lidocaine) and easy to digest protein like the potato juice plus gelatin.

So even bread, or every fiber is killing bacteria that causes me the rashes? So bread is having a antiobiotic affect?
-
@Samyo no, soluble fibers feed bacteria, that would be creating an endotoxin reaction.
Insoluble fibers like the carrot salad or oatBRAN (emphasis that it is not oatmeal) will help flush out bacteria.
You’re experiencing positive bulking effects from soluble fiber — not the same as endotoxemic effects. …you could replicate that with oatbran and see how you do.

Your analyze is rather good but I won't express so since it could be misinterpreted by other readers.
Yes, soluble und insoluble fibers can feed bacteria and archaea.
No, fibbers are not the cause of killed bacteria (called endotoxins, from LPS).
Yes carrot is going to help to carry away / out endotoxins n the feces. It's a vehicle, especially appropriate with fat.
I won't take coconut oil at the beginning of a detox process since coco is viricide. Only when under control.
MUFA from olive oil / fruit or macadamia or avocado are the best vehicles to carry away LPS endotoxins, since we're going to limit additional PUFA.Take into account that potato has two kinds of fibbers. If your MMC is not fine, if you don't poop 2x/d, there'll be stagnation of bacteria in the second part of the colon.
Traffic jams, stagnation, then fermentation if it occurs regularly, with alternating diarrhea or constipation in some cases. It is important to anticipate and learn about MMC (post-pradial, interdigestive transit). -

all fibres, including the carrot salad?
Or when meat/fish/eggs cause me sulphur smelling armpits a day later?
that sounds to me that you aren't digesting protein properly
dandruff, skin problems, allergies, itchy scalp etc can all be caused by intestinal problems
-
@Hando-Jin Yes including carrot salad
So dont eat things I cant digest?
No fruit/veg/grains/fish/eggs/meat?

As long you haven't calmed down the irritation, you can't tolerate it.
If you try one kind and afterwards another one, you are going to lacks nutrients.
You need a plan.
Mixed soup and protein supplement could make part of the solution, but not before you've lowered the inflammation / irritation.
And if you wait too long, the SIBO could become a MICI (immune reaction). -
@LucH How am i supposed to find out whats causing the inflammation?
I can only think of milk since it changes my stool into nuggets.

Not the right question at first place.
=> How am I going to limit the irritation? As long you're irritated, you won't limit the reaction / inflammation.
Need a plan and perhaps a medical practitioner for buying some molecules (if required).
