Anyone know the peaty treatment for this / where it comes from? I’ve heard it’s too much acidity in the diet (been drinking oj each morning so that could be it). A friend recommended drinking baking soda water before bed to introduce more alkalinity into my bloodstream but not sure that works

@raytreats Might try swishing with hypertonic salt water. I've heard him say 7x times an isotonic solution also 10x.

Somewhere in the later half of this video Ray talked about hypertonic solutions healing ulcers and stuff.

If you do some searches in the peaty search engines for the word hypertonic stuff will probz pop up.

@FOR-THE-POTATO tenk u, hopefully it aids the process. I learned these things on my tongue are called lie bumps, always come about when I drink a lot of orange juice

My case is probably on the severe side but removing salicylates solved my canker sores (and chronic urticaria, tachycardia, pungent sweat, chronic cough/LPR). Lol but yes, for most people it's just the acidity of food. You can also just rinse with baking soda & water after eating.

sublingual b12 helps shorten the life of canker sores. never noticed acidic foods hurting, seems more like an immune issue
