Horrible apology, no admission of wrongdoing, he doesn't apologize for doing what he did including banning dozens of people, he apologizes if some people were upset.
His phrases “did the best I could”, 0 accountability, pure Cope, in the message he implicitly justifies the dozens of illegitimate bans with the fact that according to him he had to promote “low A” ideas, when in reality he could have promoted these “low A” ideas without illegitimate banning.
"“I'm not perfect” water is wet, he was a horrible admin at the times of the dozens of bans and still is considering his recent actions.
I created an account recently and he sent me a message and said that I was welcome on the forum if i want to further “low toxin” ideas, yet a week later he didn't allow any of my comments as they were different from his ideas in terms of calcium, dairy, and his behavior, so he has absolutely not changed on that aspect, he still wants an echo Chamber where he pushes his normies ideas, glaze his own ideas, and wants yes men.
The “apology” message is mainly a facade, since recently people from the garett group have started experimenting outside the garett group, and so charlie wanted these people to come so he can get more money out of them.

Someone could assist him to coolify his crappy shop (and wrap the service while they're at it). So money is less of an object. They need only to 'spend' 'some' of their currency in doing so.

No it's a suggestion someone give him a fishing net, not a fish.
'Payment' in 'currency' is a meme about what's actually valuable. Because there's almost no price discovery and money itself is almost but not totally meaningless.
