      vaccine induced asperger

There's no recipient on earth free of an alteration. Nor an alteration that's separable.

@Kilgore said in Is there anyone who has improved their autism by following Peaty principles?:

      not depressed

      Don't dwell on that.

Might not be the answer you want, as I've dodged an official diagnosis all my life, but I've been considered by all my peers to be autistic and fell under suspicion of such by a GP once but never did any tests.

From ages 13-18 I was completely fucked. I had severe suicidal and homicidal ideation (I thought about mass murder every minute of the day), would ruminate thoughts constantly, had a superiority complex (which made me lose some good friends), couldn't sleep at night, couldn't remember anything at school and was generally extremely anti-social/obnoxious in social situations. I think these are things that can be sort of tied to autism but mainly hypothyroidism. If anything, I think hypothyroidism is what causes low-functioning (I guess you'd call it such) autism.

As soon as I even learned about Peat when I turned 19 and started to really listen to him, I turned my whole life around. I went strict with low pufa and low starch, avoided all nasty additives and I felt instant improvements. The few people that knew me closely at the time said I'd become a completely different person. Peating really did reinvent me.

@Milk-Destroyer Great to hear, I think that hypo is the main cause too, high serotonin. Energy and structure

You could try a low glutamate diet. If glutamate's a problem, the Peaty gelatin recommendation would be making your autism worse.

@heyman Seconded. I think that eating more gelatin actually helps me express more emotions.

Definitely. When you are more metabolically well, you are more relaxed, more outgoing, less sort of excessively introverted (I would like to believe, although nothing is a panacea — also, introversion is important).

I have given a name to my pain and call it ‘dog.’ It is just as faithful, just as obtrusive and shameless, just as entertaining, just as clever as any other dog (Nietzsche)

After a search, perhaps these clues could help limit the sides-effects of aluminum.

                      1. Attenuating microglia (non-causal effect): Theracurmin + citicoline
                        Curcumin acts at several levels:
                      1. ↓ NF-κB → ↓ pro-IL-1β transcription
                      2. ↓ NLRP3 activation
                      3. ↓ caspase-1
                      4. Mitochondrial antioxidant effect
Theracurmin improves bioavailability → more stable plasma concentration.
This is therefore a partial upstream and downstream modulation.
                      1. Chelating: can be effective, but ensure adequate silicon (orthosilicic acid) intake. I know G5 (organic silicium).
                        Reduces the circulating aluminum pool.
                        This acts on:
                        • ROS
                        • NF-κB
                        • NLRP3
                        • IL-1β
                        • Plasma aluminum load
This is a "gentle, multi-target" approach rather than radical blockade.
Silicon in the form of orthosilicic acid (Si(OH)₄) can:
                      1. Form soluble hydroxyaluminosilicates
                      2. Prevent renal tubular reabsorption
                      3. Increase urinary excretion
                        What it does:
✔ Increases the elimination of circulating aluminum
                        What it does not prove:
✖ That it removes intracerebral aluminum
                      1. Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA)
                        Mechanism:
                        • Crosses the blood-brain barrier (BBB)
                        • Regenerates glutathione
                        • Reduces microglial oxidative stress
                        • Modifies NF-κB Logical synergy with NAC (one acts as a GSH precursor, the other as a recycler).

                          How I use AI
                          https://mirzoune-ciboulette.forumactif.org/t8-presentation-de-luc-alias-nestor345#30573
                          Excerpt:
it's a tool for structure, not to let it take the lead. An assistant!
I use digital tools to confront my own statements and ensure the coherence of my summaries, to see if I haven’t ignored some “weakness” and avoid “usual attacks” when not main stream…
Here I already Knew the impact of microglia and the usefulness of curcumin. When I write a article, I want studies or a “professional” background (chemist or nutritionist) to say where my info comes from.
Shortly said, here, AI has verified and re-arranged my text, to avoid …
To avoid redundancies in the text and ensure better readability. And well, often there's room for improvement, whether it's a stylistic improvement, a more supported argument, or an error in the organic chemistry. I have gaps in my knowledge 😉 but I want to stay in control...
NB: English is not my mother language. So, it’s easier for me so, too, in some circumstances. How did I proceed before ? See on my forum.👼

Here's a concrete example of where the information came from and how I used AI, in relation to microglia and inflammation. I don't master everything 😉

                            Excerpt
Neuropathology & how to mitigate fibrosis in complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and fibromyalgia.
                            Key ideas
                            • Improve nerve conduction and limit hyperalgesia.
                            • Limit fibrosis (dermal sclerosis) by modulating TGF-β1 stimulation.
                            • Combined approach to fibrogenesis, the extracellular matrix (ECM), and inflammation.
                            • Tactics to counteract fibrosis & optimize conduction – Practical aspects.

                            • Antifibrotic action of curcumin & dexamethasone.
                            • Anti-excitotoxic action of magnesium bisglycinate
                            • Neurotropic mechanism of action of thiamine (B1), pyridoxine (B6), and vitamin B12 in cases of heightened neurosensitivity and as modulators of inflammation
                            • PEA to stabilize mast cells and limit microglial activation. By stabilizing mast cells, PEA reduces the sensitization of peripheral and central nerves.
