        @user1 intuition and historically in the west people weren’t pottasium and magnesium maxxing. They ate the RDA or below. They didn’t really even consume pottasium rich fruits. They drunk when thirsty. Not for hydration, boost performance etc. And personal experience, most importantly

              If you eat any whole food, non refined, for the most part it has potassium and magnesium, whever its fruits, tubers, animals foods. Do you get negative effects from these? If you eat a lot of these foods, it feel like. It can dilute your fluids and Lower your concentratioln of many things, including selenium, molybdenum, zinc, salt, specifically of. You don't i'gest the seeds and don't digest some part of it, so If The goal is to.mog, some nuts, underground foods, some.meat/fish(if you do.eat meat, ain't saying you should), whole milk Dairys, is optimal, you can notice that you might. Need the foods mention'ed above If you start feeling like Your feelings are not/less intense, you feel low/0 fertility even after an overnight fast, your dreams get dullers/darker in color, potentially slopper, and you get higher propency to negative emotions awake and during dreams

                @alfredoolivas do you have any theories about what's happening with excess mag and pot, and what's possible with their reduction?

                I like Ray's kinda-theory that something being high or low somewhere in a traditional diet isn't a priori good, but that other nutrients or hormones compensate for their deficiency so it's effect is neutralized. the fat lady hasn't sung yet of course, so you may be on to something and I look forward to hearing

                  @LetTheRedeemed I tried to type my thoughts last night but my reasoning, history and experiences are too long and jumbled and even biased. I’ll try this out and get back to you all, this Saturday 😂

                        week 14: 71.5kg down from 81.1kg, Salt and fluid restriction is definitely thermogenic. I can’t tell if appetite has changed.

                        Doing 12g of salt spread throughout the day. Weight jumped up to 72.2kg, mayhaps it’s coming down. I will keep on doing this. I scored high on Mensa denmark (121 IQ), so I think it’s a diet that supports cognition. That’s not even a flex btw, you read for my experiences, you get my experiences; the good and the bad

                            @sunsunsun I’ve been off for a year? That’s news? Not even trying to make a joke lol, I would have mentioned that I was taking them on this thread. My motility is too slow already, so I would be at greater risk of gastoparesis, I am not hyperphagic and there are anti dopamine side effects.
