@yerrag If you desperately need to lower BP why not use an ARB like Losartan

It's very tempting to do that and call it a day but Losartan does nothing to address the main causes of high blood pressure. It only addresses the symptom which is high blood pressure. But the consequences of lowering blood pressure would be terrible in the long run.

For one, it goes against the wisdom of the body, which adapts to what is wrong in the body. In order for the body to survive in the short term. But it's doing thst at the expense of long term health.

The very root causes of low grade infection and inflammation remain, and the longer these condition stay unresolved, the more the body degenerates even as the infection morphs into more virulent forms, from bacterial to large fungal forms that make them more parasitic, which I believe becomes the starting point for cancer.

But even before cancer takes hold, simply lowering blood pressure overrides the body's wisdom in determining what blood pressure is needed to enable full perfusion of blood to its organs. If nutrient delivery is compromised, and waste retrieval from the organs is hindered, the vital organs will begin the process of dying slowly.

But our doctors can huff and puff, and say there is no proof to what I say. But it only takes common sense and logic to deduce cause and effect relationships.

Not sure if anyone saw it, but on Hans’s substack he mentioned tuinone reducing gram negative bacteria, and fungus together on a stool test, (while simultaneously raising commensal bacteria. Seemed like an amazing claim, and I plan to trial the compound. Just to be clear, this is not Hans saying, “wow, I feel better,” rather this are actual results from a comprehensive stool test.

It would be interesting to find a substance that is antimicrobial that does not leave behind an endotoxin trail from microbes.

The substances I've used, from antibiotics to natural substances such as herbs and essential oils always leave behind an endotoxin trail that produces a Herxheimer effect of inflammation and oxidative stress.

If the microbes were just temporary in nature, it would be fine as the endotoxin effects would just be for a few days and would be gone in a few days.

But if the microbes come from a reservoir embedded inside biofilms in the lymphatic system or the vascular system (plaques), the infection is chronic and antimicrobial treatment would be continual, and while the treatment can be less stressful on our immune system as it relieves our body of expending energy on producing white blood cells to extinguish microbes using ROS to create oxidative stress (from spillover ROS) as well as subjecting us to inflammatory stresses from cytokines (e.g. IL6 etc); the endotoxin trail it leaves behind ( and the effect is not limited to gram negative bacteria as gram positive bacteria and fungi also leave behind in their wake similar effects as endotoxins do) is just as inflammatory and as oxidatively stressful.

I am hoping Tuinone with its thymoquinone can be different and not leave behind as significant and burdensome an endoxotin trail behind.

So I can use it continually to exhaust my internal structure of its deep well of microbes until such time that a tiny fraction of the pathogens remain such that they do not have a dominant effect on my body that they just simply become commensal and regulatory instead of pathogenic.

As I have come to realize that the stress from endotoxins (from killing pathogenic microbial colonies that form a low grade infectious state) is just as stressful as our own innate immune system killing these microbes.

The difficulty in lowering my blood pressure reflects the equilibrium of this tug of war that is continual and hard to resolve for good, which is why most of us raise the whitenflag to modern pharma medicine -

          • to see blood pressure go down in the false flag of victory

@yerrag Hans did mention that continued use, (though he used a hefty dose) did raise some markers indicating that his gut lining was being stressed, so something to keep in mind. He seemed to think that prolonged use might be fine at a lower dose, and maybe stacked with gut helpful things like bone broth, zinc l carnosine, and vitamin C.

Low dosing may be a good way to go about it if Tuinone usage also resulta in endotoxins, as rhe resulting inflammatory and oxidative stress can be minimized, with a longer treatment period. I may even use Tuinone delivered in suppository form to avoid the liver first pass just in case I run into gut issues, though my gut is fairly robust .

Just ssan aside, so that I can entirely dispense with the effect of endotoxins, I'm getting ready to use endogenous LL-37 peptides to kill microbes without endotoxins being produced. LL-37 is an antiicrobial peptide that is used by produced by neutrophils. It is highly dependent on having sufficient vitamin D and butyric acid. So I have to ensure the0se substrates are sufficient. With butyric acid I have to eat enough resistant starch. I found it is easily created from maimplw carbs like rice potatoes and sweet potatoes, and from eating green bananas.

Says it's an essential oil form, which means it ia 100% Nigella Sativa oil. Is it 100% thymoquinone or not? Since it doesn't say, I have to assume thymoquinone is a component in it. I have to know rhe thymoquinone percentage in the oil in order to know how many drops to take to get a certain quantity of thymoquinone.

                  Nice find though. Thank you.

100% sativa oil is the stuff being sold everywhere

the essetnail oil is much different

Black seed oil (cold-pressed fixed/carrier oil)
                    Typical thymoquinone content: 0.5 % – 1.5 % (usually around 1 % or less)

Black seed essential oil (steam-distilled volatile oil)
                    Typical thymoquinone content: 30 % – 60 % (often around 40–50 %) and monoterpenes

@wester130 Thanks for the explanation. Helps me deal with the different available forms thymoquinone comes in. Seems to me all these forms come with PUFAs in varying degrees, which we in this forum take highly in consideration.

What is your opinion about using Tuinone, it's pros and cons? When will you prefer it over the other forms? When won't you?

@yerrag the benefits are the simplicity and precise measurements of the product
