A thought popped into my head; saying dead hanging makes you grow taller is like saying letting your penis hang freely makes it longer. You need more stress than just gravity (which is being countered by your trunk muscles).

What would you say were the exercises that most likely made up the majority of your gains? Do you think the traction did the heavy lifting, or you would have still seen results with ought it? Are you still seeing results? Also, were you in a calorie surplus

@PrinceTrebata alfred haΘ the power of will so basically anything would do the trick for him

178.8cm at 2pm, measured by one of those devices. Very pleased

@PrinceTrebata very ho behaviour not replying. Sorry.
I stopped the back ones and still donβt do them( I am still catabolic! Not getting stronger in the gym! Back aches! Bone hurts!) despite getting more than enough protein. This is perfect btw. I am not trying to be anabolic, as that usually entails with some sort of fat growth or water retention from AAS. But thatβs a different story more suited for the moggy chicken
Currently have been and am doing high seat biking. If I recover (hopefully when I slowly ramp up the calories), and those issues go away, Iβll throw in the stretches and stretching machine. If I find a sustainable routine with time.
