                A thought popped into my head; saying dead hanging makes you grow taller is like saying letting your penis hang freely makes it longer. You need more stress than just gravity (which is being countered by your trunk muscles).

                  What would you say were the exercises that most likely made up the majority of your gains? Do you think the traction did the heavy lifting, or you would have still seen results with ought it? Are you still seeing results? Also, were you in a calorie surplus

                        @PrinceTrebata very ho behaviour not replying. Sorry.

                        I stopped the back ones and still donโ€™t do them( I am still catabolic! Not getting stronger in the gym! Back aches! Bone hurts!) despite getting more than enough protein. This is perfect btw. I am not trying to be anabolic, as that usually entails with some sort of fat growth or water retention from AAS. But thatโ€™s a different story more suited for the moggy chicken

                        Currently have been and am doing high seat biking. If I recover (hopefully when I slowly ramp up the calories), and those issues go away, Iโ€™ll throw in the stretches and stretching machine. If I find a sustainable routine with time.

                          Hello.

                          I was wondering something. If we apply this method to shoulders, would that increase clavicle/bideltoid lenght ?

                          Kind regards,

                          Doram Afriat.

                            @doram hello Doram,

                            Same principles of causing micro tears to the joints should apply. Bone damage is still an inferior or even useless method.

                                @doram there exists stretches online, but for the real โ€œstressโ€ i.e; the equivalent to the stretching table, I think dead hanging with your hands strapped to the bar and weights attached to yourself, would be the best but I have no idea if that is feasible or not lmao; make sure you can put your feat on the ground to stop the tension.

                                Crucifiction to grow your clavicles may work ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

                                    @wester130 No, no time, I think cobra, bow, superman, child pose, plow pose and stand pose are the ones that are kind of stressful enough to be effective. Gotta stretch real good tho

                                        @wester130 I just do the medium high seat biking due to convinience. Should be higher tbh.
