Mature your nervous system so you can get the proper nutrition to your body, bones, muscles and stuffs by Feldenkrais method. You will appreciate and experience your body and fitness efforts in a totally different way. I hope you give it a try... I really like when all around me go shorter, even though I freaked out at first and didnt know what exactly was happening, was I going taller or everyone else shorter. And by the way I was working on my stomach issues so height turned up like a bonus lollll I am 1,80cm by the way
