@Norwegian-Mugabe I have not seen Zimna wojna. My dad was born and raised in Poland and my mom born and raised in Colombia, so sadly I am not as "Polish" or "Colombian" as I would want to be when it comes to discussions about this. I can ask my dad if there are more good movies or books. Potop is originally a historical novel that was required reading for my dad when he grew up in Poland. Not sure if it still is but he thought it was great

@killchaos pros and cons to both. The night time ones are very "red" and it makes it a bit weird and tough to look at a screen with it but they are definitely more effective in terms of blocking blue light. The day time ones are definitely better to use for a screen but sometimes it can be tough. If you use a lot of excel and powerpoint, you would probably have to take them off sometimes to see colors better

@killchaos https://raoptics.com/ is great. Definitely pricey, but I can tell the difference. I work a lot on my computer so I use the daytime ones and transition to the night time ones after sunset. I sleep much better when wearing them and I feel far less stress on my eyes

@Chud I enjoy Uncle Matt's, but that's $6.50 for 52 fl oz. You could do Minute Maid's concentrate. That's cheap and sweet I believe

I moved to Texas a few years ago, and around mid to late February till mid to late March, I have horrendous allergies. Growing up in the Chicago land area, I never faced any allergies before. Long story short, I figured it was due to the Ash Tree pollen counts and not the typical "cedar fever" that occurs in Texas. Is there a good peaty way to mitigate these affects? Every couple hours or so I sneeze like 10 times in a row and my eyes get extremely itchy. I am always stuffed up too
