@bhspeat this cholesterol level may be a bit low for exogenous thyroid tinkering as I recall at least 200 being safe.

@raypneat I recall understanding him to say that it increases NO (please fact check) and that 5g per day is probably too high.
However, when answering he probably was thinking of it as person using it for the gym.

@waywardcloud I do much higher vit K doses(Kuinone) oral and topical (10 drops every few days). I think it’s been very helpful for teeth (among other things) in the context of vit D and high calcium.
I recall Haudit stating that there’s no upper limit from the studies he’s considered.

Well cooked potato has worked for me. Mashed potatoes with lots of butter if high calories are needed.

@araclavie eccentric exercise is needed for hypertrophy (damages muscle through micro tears for it to grow) and can help with lengthening the muscle tissue.
From peaty point of view, one would want to avoid this stress and therefore use Concentric for more strength gain relative to muscle growth.
