What does the approach you used with glucose consist of in practice?
so by inserting regular physical activity into your life and switching to a more vegan approach you feel better are you telling me?
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

What kind of problems did you have?
Do you then brush your teeth or rinse them after taking glucose?
@yerrag
essentially the method consists in carrying out a parasitic analysis of the pockets, he states that it is a disease that is acquired and transmitted.... the main culprit would be amoeba gingivalis.
the protocol is based on the antibiotic metronidazole
and a fundamental component for him is to do home cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and Torrens powder (6 parts sodium bicarbonate and 1 part salt) 2 times a day for a whole year.
the patient must remove the dead tartar deposits on a monthly basis.
according to him and according to various people I saw on the web they would be definitively healed by undergoing a routine with peroxide and powder 2 times a week after the year of treatment.

I tried it but without a therapist who followed me only with the home treatment.
I felt better until I went to the dentist who, probing my pockets with my eyes closed, inflamed my gums worse than before!
The upper incisors were fine and after he inserted the probe he had used for the infected teeth deep into the healthy pocket of my upper teeth, now after a month I had a small but visible recess in the gum above the incisors as if he had brought manually in a sealed area before periodontal infection.
@yerrag
I understand ! thank you very much for the explanation!
It seems very effective and to be used with experience.....
Are you by any chance familiar with Mark Bonner's method?
Use 1% hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and salt to keep your mouth clean
@yerrag
If there was a subgingival cleaning to be done, would it be a good thing to do in your opinion?

hi ! thanks for the reply!
In general I am almost always full of energy and in a good mood and I manage to do everything in my day!
I have always taken my body to the extreme with sport!
I worked as a professional until I was 28 and it was my job.
even now I climb mountain peaks without problems every week.
even though I realize that my health is giving me important signals....
reading on the RPF,
I took the materials to Dr. Manhart's football.
I've been using them for a week!
after using a calcium strip I got an ulcer on my gum that won't go away... from what they say they seem like good products right?
Isn't SSKI used to treat hyperthyroidism?
how should I use it?
In your experience, have you seen a regression of periodontitis to how it was before or is it a way to contain the infection?
@NotShanalotte HI !

Hello everyone !
I'm new to the forum and maybe it's the first time I've written openly in similar contexts.
I am a very sporty 32 year old Italian boy.
6% body fat, 180cm tall and 78kg.
heart rate at rest 50
temperature 36 degrees centigrade
it all started in 2017 with intestinal problems that fluctuated and some cavities were promptly treated by the dentist but all in all I was still fine!
in 2019 at the age of 27 I began to have frequent episodes of constipation and diarrhea, and in a short time my hair also began to turn grey.
within a year with the Covid event and forced to stay at home I saw the situation get worse!
from one day to the next I started having hives on my legs and fever for a few weeks, always with intestinal regularity and consequent weight loss!
A few months later I was diagnosed by an andrologist with penile fibrosis which currently causes me few problems but nothing is as before.
And even physically the manhood I had was decreasing month by month!
the gray hairs continued to increase....
things stabilized for a few years.
Fast forward to 6 months ago when, following 3 very stressful months at work, literally from one day to the next I found myself with a new crisis that left me in bed for 2 weeks with a fever, pain in my lower left belly (colon) and tingling sensations to people and language.
within 1 month I recover but the stomach ache and the strange sensation in my mouth remain!
my straight teeth gradually begin to become crooked and my stomach constricts as soon as I eat anything.
six months pass and the teeth are more crooked and the gums are receding, it seems like a bad dream that started years ago!
in the meantime I saw many medical specialists and had many tests without ever getting an answer.
the gum situation has worsened since 3 weeks ago I had a check-up at the dentist who touched my mouth and measured the pockets and now I have a sort of infection and swelling of the gums!
I came across the forum and read a lot but I don't have the skills to understand everything....
What could be the way forward to connect everything and try to reverse the trend?!
