@Starcrossed An Abaltion is a medical procedure that freezes the inside of your uterus-basically scarring it. it's not Peaty because Im sure its stressful-they put me under to do it. I had not heard of Peat and I tried a bunch of other natural things for several years with no success. The recovery was just a day or two.
If someone has a 5% bottle of lidocaine, how would you figure out the amount to give your rat if you wanted to try 50-100 mg?
Is this right?
So Approx 1 tsp=5 ml =50 grams if the Solution ins 5%
so if I want up to 100mg- it's 2tsp of the liquid?

- have you considered an ablation-not peaty. But it was life changing for me.
- B vitamins -if your liver can't detox the estrogen it just gets recycled-thats the way I understand it.
Anyone do this? Just saw it on James Okeefe. Robert Kennedy also talks about it "The Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels."
@Ecstatic_Hamster Thanks Hamster, I appreciate this so much! I have been following your posts on RPF for years. He has started t3/t4 and his tsh is low.
I suspected it was the T converting to Estrogen. What kind of T should he request from the compounding pharmacy? He's planning on switching over there for something better.
I don't understand the "esterfied" part. Of course his doctor is not even checking estrogen levels. If it were you, would you try dhea/prgesterone as well?
For my husband:
HDL 21
Tri 1300
LDL 165
cholesterol 255>362 in 6 months
Any thoughts. The only thing he added was testosterone
edit to add-he was taking biotin but went off it for 2 weeks before bloodwork
Low heat and cooked slow keeps them from getting rubbery. I personally like 6 minute boiled eggs, and I just eat the yolks with some butter and salt.
