@brad Currently my system involves taking just two days out of the week to apply this routine of mine. I first dampen the scalp then apply the egg second finally the bloo third. I try to massage the egg in as best as I can and leave it for ~10 mins to really allow the nutrients to settle deep within the roots. Then I wash. After a few hours, I wash my hair again to remove anymore possible cooked egg whites that still stayed on (consequence of warm water lol) then apply bloo to be left on my noggin for 10 mins as per usual. Finally thoroughly rinse and air dry. So far the effects of the egg proteins coupled with the MB got rid of my dandruff completely (with consumption of liver ofc). This is my assumption at least. I don't experience scalp itchiness/inflammation anymore like before either. Most importantly for me, the shedding has gone down considerably.

@Svet Agreed. Combining this raw egg routine with BLOO vitalizes the hell out of your scalp. Eggs need to be quality + stirred up well before application I find.

Definitely ease into it. Gradually increase your sugar requirements depending on stress and energy levels. Be sure to also incorporate some low dose uncoated aspirin in the beginning stages to slowly shift the body away from a fat burning state. Cheers.

For me, I find that quick and simple warm showers seem to do the trick during bouts of cold hands/feet from stress. Of course this won't address the larger issue but it can work as a way to signal the body to shift to glucose metabolism according to Peat.
