RE: Cynoplus & Gomad
@CharlieLover123 realizing my dairy consumption interfering with thyroid absorption… still feel good but that’s just baseline. Will try taking 30-60 from having milk

Kosher/Halal Peating?
Any fellow practitioners of Kosher Peatology or Halal Peatology? I’m transitioning from hybrid vegan peating and wanted some advice, I might mix in some KaleoPeating in there if my Imam approves

RE: Cynoplus & Gomad
@CharlieLover123 Feeling good. Less of an effect from the thyroid but may be because I let the dose sit out over a day.

RE: Cynoplus & Gomad
As an add, I take B1 and aspirin and have 3 regular meals on top of gallon of milk (eggs, pb toast, some kind of meat and rice, oranges and fruit for snacks). Workout etc
Last year I fasted for a time, eating homemade bread and oil only for approximately a month and had some hypothyroid symptoms after. Hair falling out (not to the point of baldness), stress that would make me pluck out facial hair, acne, and lethargy. Nothing horribly debilitating and largely subsided once I dialed in diet and skin routine etc. Just pushing here w thyroid to see if I can bring the body back to tip top shape and gain some additional robustness. -
Cynoplus & Gomad
Taking around 1/6th of a tablet a day, split up between breakfast and lunch.
Feeling pretty good. Probably could lower my dose, but no negative sides as of day 3. Just feel good, was abnormally happy this morning and still am.
The one thing is that I feel my stomach has shrank (when you’d expect the opposite). However, I was eating around 4K calories a day beforehand (GOMAD) so I presume now the body is having an easier time metabolizing glucose, thus less is going to waste.
Overall sleep has been better and no longer experience lethargy later in day. Have more energy to tackle homework.
Nothing too incredible. I’ll update later if I remember. Cheers -
RE: Soon to take thyroid need advice
@CO3 Mama ain’t raise no bitch. I’ve read them besides the book. I’m 95% sure I’m getting enough macros and micros for thyroid. Just wanted to see some assuring opinions.

RE: Soon to take thyroid need advice
@CharlieLover123 And will gomad interact negatively w/ the thyroid? Have seen some people say they can’t take w/ calcium rich foods.

Soon to take thyroid need advice
Hi title sums it up. Going to take 1/8-/14 tablet of Cynoplus a day as an experiment.
I’m doing GOMAD rn so i should be good for vitamins minerals etc ya? Taking thiamine & aspirin & vit k in addition.
What do u think gents -
Why are Thiamine doses so high?
Most studies I’ve seen, doses are around 3-20mg—others are much higher, over a thousand etc.
Why then is most supplemental thiamine sold as 100mg? Are there potential problems with this much?
I’ve heard one can hardly overdose thiamine but just curious if anyone has thoughts. -
Cheapest source of vitamin c?
Preferably one that’s not a supplement, but I guess I’ll supplement if need be.
My daily diet is like a gallon of milk, a pb&j, 3 eggs, and chicken/beef w/ rice. Poor but trying to bulk healthily. Might invest in thyroid supp though since I have some hypothyroid symptoms. -
Bryan Johnson
Watching his morning routine vid he says he typically runs 95.5 F° Wtf. Taking iron supplements and shit
Least peaty man I’ve ever seen. Yet his health markers supposedly good.
What’s going on there -
