@jwayne I’ve ordered from Thai thyroid sellers in the past (can’t remember if it was Pim Pom) and that is standard for them to take a photo of the package before sending it to you. I did notice the date stamp was off - that may just be a matter of messed up camera settings.
But it doesn’t explain why the photo was shared so many times out of context and posted by other people who aren’t “Charlie”.

As for the people working against us, don’t let it get you down. They want you to think they are way more powerful than they really are. Personally I’m unbothered. I find this thread fascinating but I’m not going to get depressed about it. On the contrary it shows just how powerful Ray’s work really is and how lucky we are to have been immersed in it. I’m more inclined to believe “Charlie” is just a committee that has crafted this online persona from the beginning of RPF waiting for Ray’s death to activate the plan.
Usually they have multiple goals with these projects, similar to what happened with Covid. Discredit and bury Ray’s work, associate it with dangerous gun toting conservatives, cause mass confusion so people don’t dig deeper and stick with mainstream “solutions”. Just a few off the top of my head.
Mercola is also tied in here and I think we’ll also see further regulation in the supplement industry to “protect” us of course.
If you look on Twitter there’s a whole crew of these bad actors like Thor Torrens coming out of the woodwork. They’re very aggressive demeaning Ray but their arguments have no substance. It’s a bigger agenda than them just trying to get clients from the Ray Peat community. I’ll look into them some more when I have the time.
Edit - I don’t think “Charlie” is Garrett. I do think Garrett is real, he’s an angry divorced man, and he’s getting paid by someone to push this narrative.

It's really strange to me that he's running off people like Haidut who drive traffic to his site. That can't be good for business. It's like he's intentionally purging all the intellectuals but people pay for subscriptions to ask smart people questions so his actions have left me confused.

Technique #2 - 'CONSENSUS CRACKING'
Under the guise of a fake account a posting is made which looks legitimate and is towards the truth is made - but the critical point is that it has a VERY WEAK PREMISE without substantive proof to back the posting. Once this is done then under alternative fake accounts a very strong position in your favour is slowly introduced over the life of the posting. It is IMPERATIVE that both sides are initially presented, so the uninformed reader cannot determine which side is the truth. As postings and replies are made the stronger 'evidence' or disinformation in your favour is slowly 'seeded in.' Thus the uninformed reader will most like develop the same position as you, and if their position is against you their opposition to your posting will be most likely dropped. However in some cases where the forum members are highly educated and can counter your disinformation with real facts and linked postings, you can then 'abort' the consensus cracking by initiating a 'forum slide.'
Technique #3 - 'TOPIC DILUTION'
Topic dilution is not only effective in forum sliding it is also very useful in keeping the forum readers on unrelated and non-productive issues. This is a critical and useful technique to cause a 'RESOURCE BURN.' By implementing continual and non-related postings that distract and disrupt (trolling ) the forum readers they are more effectively stopped from anything of any real productivity. If the intensity of gradual dilution is intense enough, the readers will effectively stop researching and simply slip into a 'gossip mode.' In this state they can be more easily misdirected away from facts towards uninformed conjecture and opinion. The less informed they are the more effective and easy it becomes to control the entire group in the direction that you would desire the group to go in. It must be stressed that a proper assessment of the psychological capabilities and levels of education is first determined of the group to determine at what level to 'drive in the wedge.' By being too far off topic too quickly it may trigger censorship by a forum moderator.
Technique #6 - 'GAINING FULL CONTROL'
It is important to also be harvesting and continually maneuvering for a forum moderator position. Once this position is obtained, the forum can then be effectively and quietly controlled by deleting unfavourable postings - and one can eventually steer the forum into complete failure and lack of interest by the general public. This is the 'ultimate victory' as the forum is no longer participated with by the general public and no longer useful in maintaining their freedoms. Depending on the level of control you can obtain, you can deliberately steer a forum into defeat by censoring postings, deleting memberships, flooding, and or accidentally taking the forum offline. By this method the forum can be quickly killed. However it is not always in the interest to kill a forum as it can be converted into a 'honey pot' gathering center to collect and misdirect newcomers and from this point be completely used for your control for your agenda purposes.

From the domain owner info, it looks like Ray starting publishing his work on his website around 2005. That's how I found his work, something from his site came up on a search I did on a topic. There must have been nothing they could do to stop him from publishing his work on his own website, hence the invention of the RPF. No wonder he later expressed concern about it.
I found Ray’s website through search as well. I doubt that would even be possible now. Most independent health websites are now buried or deindexed in search engines. Or what happened with Cancer Tutor - someone bought it and all the original info is gone.
Also notice how there aren’t any forums that come up in search anymore, other than Reddit. They want us on social media sites where our conversations can be monitored and redirected by the likes of Garrett Smith, Thor Torrens, Will of Europa etc.
