I'm one of the top researchers under Garret and Grant's camp.
I don't know who Charlie is, only that he's forcing low A down Peat forum's throats.
I do find this odd. As much as I can back all of my claims up with papers, I'm not entirely sure why Charlie has operated in the way that he has. Low A has a lot of enemies as the moment, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility of enemy agents trying to ruin our optics.

I'd like to know too. I don't know anybody in the Low A Toxic Bile Theory movement who's actually spoken to Charlie, and I'm one of the leading researchers. Seems odd, and not how I would go about introducing new ideas to somebody else's legacy.

As far as I know Garret hasn't even talked to Charlie, or any of us doing TBT theory for that matter. We don't know who he is.

@C-Mex I was sad hearing that too, but I believe you are right it was by choice. I recall someone telling me they sent him money and he never even cashed the checks. Makes it all the more infuriating to see a dirtbag grifter like Smith smearing Ray’s name and Charlie propping him up into god-like status.

@yerrag interesting theory that Charlie was replaced. I remember you saying that about Tara during Covid and I agree her stance was weird as hell for a supposed longtime Ray Peat follower. If RPF was indeed being “watched” (as the filmmakers told me) then it only makes sense they would have “plants”. As for Charlie, I was there since 2013 and I remember he was always a bit authoritarian but not religious. Maybe they replaced him at some point with this new “end times” persona he has now? It definitely makes a mockery of everything Ray was about.

@jwayne I noticed Georgi started putting some of his product descriptions on the Idea Labs website instead of linking through to the RPF posts. So he may be doing an Irish exit from the forum.

@Regina I would love to hear more about your diet. You look incredible. It seems like the “new RPF” crew is prioritizing thinness (and green poop???) above all other health markers. I’d rather be a bit fat than have sallow skin, frown lines, veiny arms and grey hair. At least in her before picture she had nice pink skin and a rosy glow.

Anyone know what is the green poop they are supposedly “detoxing”? Could Charlie as the forum owner get in trouble for encouraging this? In light of Blossom’s photos it looks and sounds like they are all making themselves sick.

Yes that’s from me. The filmmakers reached out to people who had donated when they were travelling around filming, I think this was around 2015? So I met up with them when they were in my city and they told me this directly in person. Apparently these break ins happened to Ray periodically over the years. That was why they filmed the footage at some Air BnB not his house. I also recall them telling me that at first he was extremely reluctant to participate. He probably only did so after learning how much the community had donated to make it happen.

In retrospect we all should have given the money directly to him. Another comment I remember was them telling me they were shocked he was poor.

They also told me even back then that RPF was being watched. Think that may have come from Georgi.

Blossom just posted her own before and after photos as a supposed “advertisement” for how well Garrett Smith’s diet works. I’m sorry to say but I find the after quite shocking.

@Peatful I don’t get why he feels compelled to keep on maligning Ray. Not only does he dig in his heels at changing the forum name, he keeps on with this false narrative that Ray was unhealthy, ignorant, died prematurely, had cancer, etc etc etc.

And then turns around in the same thread posting lame tweets from a “nutrition detective” and claims his diet cures everything under the sun. It’s all so absurd I can’t believe he is actually serious.

Here he is in another thread insulting Georgi now... as if he’s not just parrotting Garrett Smith himself!

@Jaffe I agree that Charlie is a simpleton. Garrett is the one I’m not so sure about. The level of aggression and timing of his takeover at the same time as Mercola embracing Peat is all very odd.

Garrett posts a lot about “controlled opposition” and “psy ops” suggesting that he himself is not - kind of strange for a nutritionist.

I make this brownie recipe all the time - just substitute milk powder instead of flour. Omit the nuts and use butter/coconut oil instead of cooking spray. I usually leave out the espresso powder too.

@DirlewangerSneed Not as strong as Cynomel but still pretty good. I’ve also used T3Pro from Anti Aging systems and I recall that being slightly weaker than Tiromel.

@C-Mex sorry I should have added a disclaimer when I shared that link to the gatekeepers article... my point was more about ignoring info from the known covid shills and I forgot it mentioned the vitamin A and D stuff. This is an example of what I was talking about in the other thread about that Josh guy (associate of Miles Mathis) “seeding” Garrett Smith’s ideas into conspiracy circles. They are muddying the waters all around.

You could dig around Darkside papers telegram channel and read his papers for more info on these people and the “no virus” idea. Christine Massey’s website has a lot of info as well.

@C-Mex I agree with @CO3. Mercola’s a snake. He’s only going to blackwash Ray’s work (especially now that he’s “gone insane”) and profit from stealing the Progest E market. He’ll expose Ray to a larger audience yes but will control the narrative in a negative way so that most people won’t dig further. All of this is being done after Ray’s death for a reason.

It’s especially weird that Georgi would not know this when he runs a grey market supplement company that you’d think he’d want to stay slightly under the radar. Mercola raising his profile could easily lead to him being regulated out of business. He’s taking a huge risk. Not to mention making it even harder for all of us who need access to thyroid and other ingredients without a prescription.

@C-Mex does anyone know if charlie ever talked about struggling with the Ray Peat way prior to 2022? I can’t find it now but I know he said something recently about it ruining his teeth. Here he says it was “killing him” to the point he went fruitarian before finding Garrett. Was this ever mentioned before?

Also interesting he had to “destroy $50k worth of stock” from his store when he saw the light and realized Garrett Smith was the answer. If true, then he makes a lot more from Life giving store than I thought. What business owner would willingly destroy stock unless they knew they had another source of income coming in to replace it?

To me Garrett is the most suspicious character and may be controlled. He’s advocating for a prison diet (rice and beans), and calls vitamin A and progesterone toxic, vitamin D “rat poison” and T3 dangerous.

Also the whole thing about “getting people off thyroid medication” by fixing their liver. Is that really the case though? Keeping the population hypothyroid and reducing access to thyroid medicine is in the best interests of the ruling class.
