Human equivalent doses based on bodyweight from Mr DInkovs mouse study - "Daily dose (administered once daily, orally): ~15mg/kg vitamin B1 (thiamine), ~30mg/kg vitamin B3 (niacinamide), ~1.5mg/kg vitamin B7 (biotin), and ~15mg/kg aspirin.

Yeast is very high in b vitamins but isnt a practical source for Biotin.

• Thiamine (B1): Nutritional yeast requires much less quantity (~30g) compared to brewer's yeast (~187.5g).
• Niacin (B3): Nutritional yeast also requires less (~75g) compared to brewer's yeast (~107.1g).
• Biotin (B7): Both sources require impractically large amounts, especially nutritional yeast (375g). You would likely need a biotin supplement to meet this requirement.
  For Biotin (B7) supplements are needed. a 50kg person would need to eat ~750 eggs daily or 21kg of liver.

It's a lot of yeast.
I tried making crackers and adding it to food etc, but it gets unpleasant.

The main reasoning behind combining B vitamins and aspirin is that they help bypass metabolic blockages.

I've been looking into @haidut 's b vitamin and aspirin study on mice.

The HED is ~15mg/kg vitamin B1 (thiamine), ~30mg/kg vitamin B3 (niacinamide), ~1.5mg/kg vitamin B7 (biotin), and ~15mg/kg aspirin daily.

For a 60 kg person:
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): 900mg (3x300)
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 1,800mg (3x600)
Vitamin B7 (Biotin): 90mg (3x30)
Aspirin: 900mg (3x300)
Vitamin K: 2.57mg (3x 0.86)
For a 110 kg person:
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): 1,650mg (3x 550)
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 3,300mg (3x 1100)
Vitamin B7 (Biotin): 165mg (3x55)
Aspirin: 1,650mg (3x550)
Vitamin K : 4.71mg (3x1.57)

I was hoping to suggest this protocol to my wife who suffers with cancer but i'm suspicioous of the biotin and not sure how such an amoount of niacinamide would work either. can't b1 build up to toxc levels?

If anyone can offer insights it will go a long way.
