I work outside everyday and I was looking for a sunscreen alternative for a while.
Diet is important and you have to build up your resistance to sunlight starting with the morning light.
I use idealabs solban on my face every morning if I have to work under the sun all day, last week I forgot it once and got a minor sunburn.

Bruxism and TMJ are very closely related. I had both. It is related to thiamine deficiency. I resolved mine with high dose thiamine hcl.
