RE: Pyrucet RUINED my energy
@wtpyrucet Pyrucet is very similar to mildronate.
Forces the state from fat oxidation to glucose oxidation, if you have been too long on fat oxidation since you have insulin resistence this could create some side effects at first without the co - factors for ATP production.
I would combine it with some atp precusor like inosine and without eating too much fat. -
RE: Real coke
@evan-hinkle its not coke, its inspired by the cola from the 80s. It has different name.

Real coke
I found a coke in my country that says "inspired from the 80s", it's a brand from here and you can find only here. It's the real coke. Maybe the CEO knows Peat.
The ingredients are:
Sugar, water, ginger extract (antiserotonin),
Cola leaf extract(anti inflammatory, dopaminergic), caffeine aroma.
Been drinking huge amounts of this and has huge dopamine effects, especially combined with BCAA+Tyrosine. Sometimes I just drink it with some mildronate. Sometimes I even put salt in it.
Normal coke even if it still has sugar here, it's not the same, you can see that they made it worse with the years passing, it even gives me some bad side effects when drinking it.

RE: Bioenergetic Germany
@Kvothe Wow, the same brand of goat milk mentioned here doesn't have sodium citrate in my country, lol. Actually there is no other thing added to even the cheapest low quality milk here.
Germany going down in quality. -

@questforhealth
Masculine for today's standards is not healthy at all.
You are probably fine. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth
You shouldn't want massive wrists at that age. You will loose the youthfullness.
Youthfullness = higher lifespan.
If a person says you look younger, you most probably look healthy.
Now society is backwards. Teens want to look mature 30 years olds. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth why does it make sense? Just curious.

Yes eastern european.
Parsley is good but also a strong iron chelator.. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth I dont think kiwis and bananas are optimal fruits. Best ones are citrus fruits and cherimoya maybe. I like grape juice as for "fruits".

RE: Almost 2 weeks on T3, here's what I noticed so far.

RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth Could be good, better, yes.
I don't have access to good farm pork. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth
I don't eat pork, i don't see it as a good protein source. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@Razvan Btw, it's very hard, almost impossible to have high acetylcholine when being anemic and or iron deficient. You are just stuck in a adrenalized, sympathetic and most likely you lack normal vagus nerve function and parasympathetic function which should allow you to relax, that's where acetylcholine could help, most likely you will benefit from stuff like thiamine increasing or regulating acetylcholine.
I did. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@questforhealth
Thiamine can chelate iron, but will not make you more anemic, it's not so strong in doing that as with aspirin and or vitamin E. -
RE: ADHD, Severe fatigue, digestion problems etc..
@mostlylurking
The study clearly mentions thiamine also increasing acetylcholine synthesis, but of course thiamine is extremly helpfull and there is even some studies showing that in low dosages increases acetylcholine while in high dosages lowers it due to restoration of the receptor.
I was just making the OP aware of the symptoms.
Thiamine could help ATP and improve hypoxic tendencies when anemic with low oxygenation. Helped with that for me in a similar situation.
