@Sugar I love sunlight and soak up as much as I can but as an actual white person there is a limit when it comes to UV. He has definitely fallen victim to his own advertising image in that regard. Personally I don’t think he’ll age gracefully as he already seems too stressed.

Incandescent IR lights are superior to panels in most circumstances but I'd recommend a quality topical LED device as these are easier to use on localized areas such as the gut. I have this one but you can probably get benefits from many LED pads you see on amazon, the only question is the durability of those models.

@brightside yeah that's 100% him. Writing style and delusion about this being God's will or something is the same. Also mentions charlie's wife and charlie in the same post. @Truth Yep, anyone still on the RPF that pays for a membership is a moron. If you haven't cancelled your membership and don't have a financial stake in the website you are contributing to either a mad man, a scammer or both. @Truth Can you read? I specially said I don’t have empathy for the small group of people who still pay charlie money to fund his insanity, which is destroying public access to the resources on the RPF. I have plenty of empathy for people who want to elevate their position on the bioenergetic spectrum and do so every day. When you actually help people you realize that you can’t help everyone and trying to do so will only bring you down with them.

Your infatuation with the phrase “sub optimal” is telling of your condition. Life, by definition, will always be sub optimal, nothing you ever do will be 100% optimized. Striving for optimized perfection is chasing your tail and will drive you mad. When you accept this you then become content with the optimal imperfections of life. Until then, you will always be sub optimal.

The RPF is a sinking ship and we can help those who know it’s going down and need a life boat. Those that are going down with the captain are a lost cause, better to save yourself and those that you can.

@ilovethesea I saw the reddit post, the user is either an obvious plant or insane. I'd believe either. And I would have guessed mr. smith is in his later 50s early 60s. I understand changing lifestyles later in your may not fully change your facial structure but I mean at least your skin and eyes and hair may be healthy. I have a hard time seeing how he started off any worse, especially compared to the average person who eats slop.

@Truth You are attempting to appear as morally superior in an attempt to hopefully uplift yourself past the point of being energetically sub-optimal. High energy states permit empathy, but forced empathy does not always lead to or display a high energy state. You don't need to say anything, it is clear in your speech and your point of view.

If you truly believe absolutely everyone can be helped then you are in for a miserable life. We can provide people the opportunity to help themselves but if they refuse or ignore it there is nothing we can do.

Those that are still paying money to the RPF at this point I have no empathy for. Like I've said, it is clear that the RPF is compromised either by someone who is absolutely insane or with an financial agenda. If they can't see that then they were never going to make it anyway. Sorry, if that offends anyone (not really) but there are countless corners of the internet that they can find a safe space where people won't call them names for their actions. If that scares them away from coming here then maybe they aren't the type to be meaningful contributors anyway.

You're clearly too naive to see how not everyone can be saved and that with what limited time and energy you do have not to waste on those who won't listen. Being obssessed with being empathetic for the sake of being empathetic (and hoping other people perceive you as higher) is a low-energy state.
