I am 99% sure I am lactose intolerant as a result have been avoiding milk/cheese for the past couple months. Issue is I do not know how else to get calcium and supplements are expensive. If I drink milk will absorb the calcium content or nah. Also, if I drink milk with a meal will I still absorb the meal or will it be not digested along with the milk.

tl;dr will I be able to absorb the calcium from milk if im lactose intolerant and can i drink it with meals or at a seperate time

@wolfy bimax/trimax would be your best option. other than that the only method to get more forward growth that might not be complete bs is thumbpulling however the results you'd get from it won't be anything special that's if you even get any results

@DavidPS a genioplasty would make a person with poor maxillary forward growth look very weird
