Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.
here is another supplement to confirm my beliefs about how to raise ATP
https://www.pureencapsulationspro.com/mitochondria-atp-120.html
@noodlecat59 i think it is only oat flour
not sure though
Made with coconut flakes, oats and coconut oil these biscuits are delicious, fragrant and crunchy.
They’re vegan, organic and gluten-free biscuits and with around 16 biscuits per pack, these share bags are perfect to enjoy with family and friends over a cup of tea or coffee.
Gluten-free oat flour*(31%), coconut flakes*(24%), coconut flower sugar*, coconut oil*(11%), coconut milk*, baking powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate).
ALLERGENS: Please see the ingredients in bold. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
@noodlecat59
you linked to a man using spironolactone and bio-estro cream
I doubt anyone would recomend those
@noodlecat59 it's jsut supplements and topicals like emu oil
nothing spectacular
people suffer from confirmation bias
he also uses bio estro cream??!!
@noodlecat59 can't find the talking camel protocol on google
I thought cardenosine lowered my body temperature and I felt worse
Swanson ATP gave me the same problem
I have seen the best results from Minoxidil/dermastamping dermarolling
obviously don';t use Minoxidil though
@basebolt I think vodka is the best because it is technically food.
ethanol, methanol, rubbing alcohol are chemicals.
I know however I think Cardenosine is badly formulated
Taking ATP directly won't work
and the ingredients he is using are novel and not well known
compare it to these supplements I linked to. you will find a pattern in online supplements that want to boost ATP
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Designs-Health-Mitochondrial-NRG-vcaps/dp/B0050OBTWE

After a bad experience with cardenosine, I began googling for the best ATP supplements to make my own
surprisingly some are anti-Peat like carnitine and NAC
however this is what I came up with
60ml vodka as the solvent
2 grams creatine
2 grams magnesium malate (the malic acid helps ATP by itself)
2 grams NAC, acetyl cysteine
2 grams acetyl carnitine

Thoughts? I like it,
Wow, this is a bad supplement for me
Swanson and some skin care products have ATP as an ingredient.
Whilst it will work in theory, for some reason the reaction I experience is a terrible headache, that almost knocks me out completely
I noticed Cardenosine by haidut didn't give me the headache but dropped my body temperature significantly
Would this work for SIBO?
