White sugar and white tounge
-
When I remove white sugar, my tounge becomes pink, what is happening, I guess white sugar is feeding yeast/bacteria in my gut?
Ive eaten 3 pairs and 3 black coffees i've pooped twice today. My tounge is now pink
How do i make it so i can consume white sugar, and keep a pink tounge?
What if its white sugar causing constipation leading to white tounge? Then would white sugar be a food sensivity?

White tongue sounds like candida. Candida loves sugar.

@mostlylurking Ive taken B complex before, makes my pee yellow, and doesn't do much?
Does milk feed candida?
-
@mostlylurking I notice peat never mentioned about what to do when sugar creates a white tounge,
-
@Samyo No, white sugar is just a great energy source for everybody. It'd be a sensitivity if it made you get diarrhea or something. Just scrape ur tongue everyday.

Uhh, not really. Even Peat wasn't that big a fan of relying on white sugar. He used it only if he couldn't get good OJ. OJ has beneficial nutrients, white sugar doesn't.
Sugar depletes thiamine. Sugar also feeds candida. If you are deficient in thiamine, sugar will make the deficiency worse. If you are deficient in riboflavin, you will be more likely to have problems with candida.

Having a problem with candida points to a weakened immune system. It also points to possible heavy metal toxicity. Yes, the lactose in milk (milk sugar) would feed candida. Riboflavin has been shown to resolve oral candida problems. Yes, riboflavin will turn your pee yellow.

What about the gut? Do you have gut issues?
-
@Samyo
For gut, maybe Carrot salad a few times/week?
Or digestive enzymes (hard to find ones not sourced from aspergillus! - except bromelain and papain)
Or... ox bile / betaine hcl ...just be careful with the dose if you do try. Start low.Find relevant info on rpf using this google search:

I resolved my long term gut disbiosis/leaky gut/SIBO via high dose thiamine hcl and magnesium; these two things are needed to heal the gut. The gut bacteria normalized too.
see this one: Dietary Vitamin B1 Intake Influences Gut Microbial Community and the Consequent Production of Short-Chain Fatty Acids
"In this study, we found that vitamin B1, which is an essential nutrient for humans, can have a significant effect on the survival and competition of bacteria in the symbiotic gut microbiota, and we further demonstrated that vitamin B1 can be involved in the production of butyrate, along with the amount of acetate in the intestinal environment. Therefore, the findings of this study are expected to lead to a new concept of healthy lifestyle that emphasizes on building an optimal intestinal environmental condition that enhances human health by modifying the intestinal microbial community through ingestion of appropriate dietary components."and a video:

@mostlylurking You said magnesium too, should i stop milk with its high calcium then? I was on b1 before with no response

No, if you tolerate milk OK, there's no reason to stop. Your body needs both calcium and magnesium.
