goes crazy for retaining muscle and energy on a cut, you have to be willing to endure the hunger tho, cuz it gets real.
went from 195 to 185 morning weight in like 12 days on vacation because eating out was either poison or too expensive, with what seems like very minimal to no muscle loss -
@samson did you run any particular supplements during this cut? im thinking of doing the same thing, but worried ill deplete myself of certain things. probably fine to do short term, like a mini-cut.

@mavuue nothing particularly outside of my normal supps, next time i cut I'm going to add niacin to reduce blood triglycerides and oxidative stress during fat loss tho

@samson what’s your dose? Each time I try it I get diarrhea due to likely elevated adrenaline due to the glucose requirement. Do you take with t4 later in the day? T4 lowers adrenaline. Idk if it would mitigate the uncoupling effects of strait t3 tho — I feel like it does.
To stave hunger pangs consider Yerba mate. It contains a compound that suppresses hunger pangs. It’s suggested to take with lemon juice to block a bad anti nutrient that is pretty bad.
