I usually eat the canned stuff. It is one of my favorites, bromelain is supposed to be good; I always feel good after eating it and drinking the juice.

@Corngold canned probably has bromelian deactivated because of the cooking process of canning

He objectively looks extremely unhealthy. Almost everyone in the Peat-sphere looks WAY healthier in comparison.

        How? In wich ways?

Yes, they are like vampires. If you add enough garlic to the liver, it's even easier to fight them off.

I've never been a big party attender, but I never went to a party where I didn't probably offend most of the people there by talking about what I was interested in. (Ray Peat)

@Corngold I agree with the claim that he often uses straw man arguments and exaggerates claims. That’s why I tried to focus only on the one strong argument he made in the talk, the idea that fructose may cause worse fertility in some studies.

By the way, I never realized his eyebrows were almost nonexistent, thanks for pointing that out

Pale, bad skin in general, buldging eyes, thin eyebrows indicating hypothyroidism, dark circles around eyes, bald, looks extremely tired, stressed, and like his cortisol is out of control.

lmao. The average peater is in fact underemployed.

Of course he was very well reviewed as a naturopathic physician. Before deciding one of the most common micronutrients in nature was damaging his "liver" and the outer world is against him.

Its not crazy at all, a few reasons why, most liver taste Bad, smell Bad, and make you feel Bad. Most bulls are castrated, its mostly males that are sent to slaughter house, meat from castrated animals is worst from meat from uncastrated animals, specifically organs. Organs pills is a common trend now, liver is being pushed as the number 1 superfood regardless of taste enjoyement. And to much carrots you Can get symptoms easyly also, some similar to most liver.
