Did you replace Dr. Ray Peat after he died or are you living gurulessly? (pls include serviceable rayplacements)

@herenow In synchronicity, I found out yesterday that Albert Szent-Gyorgyi spoke highly of Potassium Iodide as a kind of panacea. See https://www.curezone.org/upload/PDF/Assa_Iodine/Anaiodine6.pdf

Thanks, I'll have a look.
Some have pointed out that Ray Peat was very nervous about extra iodine causing thyroid damage in another post but I like hearing about the history of medicine.
-
@herenow Yes that’s right. Ray wrote an anecdote about a Mexican from the mountains that moved to Japan and became hyperthyroid, ostensibly from their seafood and seaweed heavy diet. He therefore cautioned against supplementing iodine intake.

I did a search for Jay Feldman on the youtube and thought maybe Jay was a MD in his spare time. But no, the man has a doppelganger WITH THE SAME NAME!
Is Jay a clone? My guru cannot be clone
-
@herenow The more Jay Feldmans, the better.

I see he's getting some traction.

Konstantin Monastyrsky aka Fiber Menace.
Origins story:
Developed major digestive disease after 6 years of a "healthy," high fiber vegetarian diet and now crusades against fiber propaganda. -
I was hoping I could send this to my family and friends as he initially came off saying the right thing in the beginning, but ends up attacking carbs as well. I'm glad I didn't just fire away sharing this video but listened more to it, and as I listen more, I thought it better not to share it.
But it is common for experts to get some things right, and some wrong. Even Ray tells us not to take his word (on the strength that he is an expert (me paraphrasing)), but to do our part in verifying.
-
lol in general that guy is a nut. I remember Andrew Kim having a back and forth with him many years back.
-
It would be cool to see Georgi back on Danny's podcast. I miss the doomporn.

Here he is age 70 and 16 years after the previous video:
Youtube Video – [05:12..]He's a nice guy and will reply emails

Great news! That means he's extremely quirky. That's what you want

It's all fun and games until an army of Jay Feldmans is marching through the streets. The question is whether Georgi Dinkov is behind this and should someone warn Roddy.
If they're organic they we may be able to defeat them by down-voting their videos and nasty comments but if the synthetic consider becoming a prepper like Danny Roddy.

No you don't.

Fiber Menace asks Tamara Walpole if it's "easy to insert a finger in your anus?" She quickly assures Konstantin and her viewers that it would not be.
That's what you want. That's super awkward. That's guru material. lol
I'm going to warn him about the potential Jay Feldman menace. I want him to survive the first wave.

He wasn't pushing for low carb. It's that some of the studies he point can't help but throw the baby (sugar) along with the bathwater (fiber).
But 16.years is a long time and his stance maynjave changed, as he discovers. Thanks for the updated video.

You miss it too

Konstantin creates a visual representation of Tamara's anus using his hand. The pointed finger is her poop lmao
-
This guy looks like an absolute quack.
A veritable Russian "bubbles." -

@Gardner Lmao.
