        @wester130

        The same kind of question has been asked before. Haidut answered something like: There's no point in producing a product that already exists elsewhere on the market if it's cheaper there. Production costs and outsourcing.

            Now that you say it, I haven't looked at his blog in a while. Now I see his last post was more than three months ago. Did the wizard perform a vanishing trick?

                          @wester130 - Haidut was not enthusiastic about MK7 back in 2016.

                          https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/vitamin-k2-mk-7.14866/post-164215

                          I don't understand the whole marketing effort behind MK-7. The claim is for a longer half-life but that does not mean the vitamin is more effective. MK-4 is the preffered isomer in the tissues and that is the one that selectively accumulates especially in the brain and liver. Sometimes, a substance having a longer half-life suggests that it is not good for us - i.e. the tissues do not like it and do not absorb it. Also, the liver may have trouble excreting it. The fact that MK-4 has no upper known toxic dose and MK-7 does should tell you enough about which form the organism prefers.

                            MK 7 is often produced from fermented soy. Very fragile, easily oxidized (long queue). 3 months validity if not encapsulated (softgel). Do not take the liquid form.
                            MK7 half-life in the body is +/ 72 H, whereas MK4 is only a few hours.
                            Remind: 15 - 25 - 33 g fat is required for assimilation. These are the 3 progressive thresholds to optimize assimilation (progressive). I aim for a minimum of 25g of lipid.
                            NB: Haidut is not going to produce a product if you can find one cheaper on the market. Commercial suicide.
                            A widespread, not artisanal, production and distribution network is required.

                              In July I recieved a form letter from IdealLabs reminding me that I had not purchased anything in over a year. I viewed this as an indication that his busness is slowing down. His recent flurry of posts may be indication that he recognizes the need to be reminding people that he and his business are still alive.

                              I am hoping for some new videos.

                                @DavidPS Iโ€™ve been receiving those also Iโ€™m the past 2 years. But I donโ€™t think it indicates his business is slowing down, rather than a standard marketing tactic/ email.

                                      If not well protected, yes: 3 months when in liquid for MK7 (long tail).
                                      But much longer if in a softgel (no air). Let's say one year.
                                      For Mk4 (short tail), minimum one year, in liquid form. Probably 2 years if well protected (I put mine in a cupboard, always at the same temperature: 20 ยฐ C)
