Hair Wash, Body Wash, Hand Soap
-
Curious what you all use, I've used baking soda basically exclusively for body wash, hand soap etc and then a mix of egg yolk, methylene blue, and a bit of baking soda for my hair. Works great but I feel kinda retarded whenever people come over and i just have baking soda by my sink, and it also makes a mess. The hair product I make is solid but just annoying to make. So here's what I'm after. Something simple, cheap, and widely available. I don't want any health grifter stuff. I got like a $2 bar of hand soap with solid ingredients from natural grocers I will start using for hand soap and maybe body wash as well. But I'm mostly at a loss with what to use on my hair. I don't want to have to order a product like Bloo just bc its annoying. anything you guys use thats simple and can be found locally that you would recommend? I don't have any extra things I need to address like dandruff or hariloss or anything.

Soap from tallow

@Cearrson yeah I’m in the same boat. Mostly just a hot water guy. At times when needed i use apple cider vinegar as a shampoo and then baking soda as conditioner. You don’t need much of either. A tablespoon or more. And your scalp and hair has never been as clean as doing this method. Definitely don’t need to do this every day.
I have beef tallow bar soap around for guest and myself. Kirk’s unscented pump soap is great too.
