Lots of junk food (pizza, candy, snacks)
Cigarettes (up to 2 packs a day at times)
Alcohol (beer and vodka were big parts of his lifestyle)
Very little water
Almost no fruits or vegetables -

Your characterisation is inaccurate. I'd assume you don't care about much at all if I first assumed you were thinking straight.
RPF was so entertaining because a running shit show was constantly parallel. You could talk about something useful, analyse pathology, practice a sport or a combination thereof.
