Skyscrapper method
What a name.
You could expect to see results in a few weeks if you're diligent and optimize your sleep, etc.
Interesting....

@Achille Do you think the stretch bands should be like 10lbs, 15lbs, 25 lbs or should they be like a normal band? Also would it make sense to have your feet point downward when strecthing?

I have to give credits to you for blasting them on the old RPF.

Any thread worth reading on this topic? (functional patterns)

If you’re into black pill and heightmaxxinf you might enjoy seeing this looksmax from them

I haven’t seen them make anyone grow taller tho lmao
Here’s some articles from them in which they explain their methodology and why they take the stance they do on biking and yoga

The guy improved massively. I already have great facial features: positive cathal tilt, normal chin, high cheekbones, jawline etc. so that not needed for me.

Will read thanks.

@Runenight201 Charlie banned me for it

Forums dead now anyways. Thankful Brad started up this one

He only mentions "tight" resistance bands. I believe it’s better if the bones are stretch horizontally.

please tell me this is posted in a satirical mode.

This thread got hijacked by a Functional Pattern cult member. Reminder this about Heightmaxxing! Kilgore, what methods have you been implementing so far? Also what are your current morning and night measurements?

Kilgore, what methods have you been implementing so far?
For now this is just the draft on what Im planning to do as I do more research I will finalize the regimen before I start doing/taking everything.
Also what are your current morning and night measurements?
Im not planning to measure myself again until maybe 6month-1year in. Or If I see visible changes. No point worrying about it on a daily basis. As I wrote I'm 5'8''.

All input into this thread has value. Whether its correct or not. If you want to add your own criticism of functional patterns I would love the read what you have to say. I do not know much about that topic yet.

@Norwegian-Mugabe Donny mogs me.

Kilgore literally does everything in his list it's very impressive

Doing massai jumps and sprints on grass (barefoot) made me feel the pressure in my tibia more. Which is what you want when microfracturing. You don't want the knees and ankles to absorb the pressure.
Also I was recommended kneesovertoes guy on youtube to help with knee issues and have been doing some of his basic exercises and they make me feel great.
I've been very busy lately and had not much time to spend on this stuff, but with summer break coming I will be able to dedicate the necessary time to see results.

I do even more but wont spill all the secrets.
-
@Kilgore so how is it going?

@3D
Here is an update.I have learned more about supplements after my first couple months here and I think taking too many at the same time will result in diminishing effects. Also taking K2 might not be good if you try to do this as bones becoming stronger and thicker would make them even harder to grow / lengthen. I do not take any of the listed ones for now.
This is my refined stretching method and I think it's is less time consuming + better than the stuff that was in my initial post.

Ab training: Good posture is highly dependent on your core. I already have abs (right now covered under a winter blanket) so I didn't do much more than 3x25 weighed sit-ups everyday to failure. (If you want to develop perfect abs add knee raises and weighed russian twists to failure as well).
-
Cobra pose x 2
-
Downward dog x 2
-
Twist torso while sitting in a chair (this gives me such a good stretch and release in the middle of my back especially)
-
Lay on this lumbar back stretcher for 5-10 minutes in the morning (helps with stretching and it also makes you keep your morning height)
-
Deadhangs
Fist time I measured myself was the start of July and I was 5'9 at night then. I have stopped doing stretches aside from the deadhangs + lumbar stretching (occasionally) back in August and I'm still 5'9 at night. Also I feel much better in general with all that tension released.
In the future I plan to learn how to do splits. Aside from becoming incredibly cool like JCVD it will also help me fix my anterior pelvic floor tilt which will also give me some extra height most likely. My case is similar to this lady's (see below) who had these results from learning how to do splits.
I did not really do the leg lengthening part very seriously but if I were to do it I would try raised seat cycling like this guy did. He told me it only takes 5-10 minutes a day.
I have some other health issues I have to fix for now so I haven't thought about this subject deeply. One thing I was thinking about is how growth plates in your shins don't close until your late 20s. Which would explain why basketball players grow even when they are in the league.
