So genetics does their magic but you can still grow above, with some help like yes K2/Quinon I do 20 drops, I do remember Giorgi said progesterone too helps in height but as a fitness all you talk is bolls. Mature your nervous system so you can get the proper nutrition to your body, bones, muscles and stuffs by Feldenkrais method. You will appreciate and experience your body and fitness efforts in a totally different way. I hope you give it a try... I really like when all around me go shorter, even though I freaked out at first and didnt know what exactly was happening, was I going taller or everyone else shorter. And by the way I was working on my stomach issues so height turned up like a bonus lollll I am 1,80cm by the way

Yes, improving your health is the starting step to gaining height. I'll look into the Feldenkrais method later. Thanks.

@Kilgore thoughts on cycling K2 and something like MSM? So focus on making microfractures for a period whilst stretching them out and then focus on strengthening bones for a period and repeat.

@nicemushroom17 My only real experience with K2 was back in February 2024. I took about 20mg per day and in 2 weeks I have gained 7 pounds. I didn't get much porkier in that time so I think it was my bones growing/filling out. I still dont think its a good idea to take it tough. As stronger bones will surely be harder to grow.
