Would taking some or both of either testosterone or dht before working out help with gym performance? Interested if anyone has tried. Thanks

Ive tried mesterolone/ proviron and some transdermal T before. Mesterolone certainly helps (and DHT freebase should prolly be even better) , with T I didnt notice much (and I tried it multiple times ) - maybe a slight mood lift. I find bromocriptine and low dose ephedra to help more in gym perfomance.

@BeamsOfEnergy proviron around 20 mg and transderaml T 10 mg (although i think only 50 percent would have got absorbed). The proviron honeymoon period lasts two days but I find it either tanks my SHBG or E and i feel off after the first two days. With T its much more manageable provided you dont go over the 5 mg mark (some can handle 10 mg but after that I think its suppresive and starts aromatising)

@BeamsOfEnergy First, if you're male, get tested to see if you are hypogonadal. If so, find a clinic or pharmacy to get your testosterone replaced. If you're not hypogonadal, then you can raise your anabolic hormone levels with sunlight, protein, lifting (more muscle mass) and so on.
You need to return to baseline before experimenting with stanolone and oral testosterone powders.

@Serotoninskeptic indiamart. goes by cernos or androgel. comes in 50 mg sachets cost a bit over a dollar each. i apply 10 mg under the armpits and get a nice smooth classic high T effects lasting 6 hours (although takes about an hour to come on). I take aspirin, iodine and chew nicotine while on it to prevent aromatisation. Would like to apply on scrotum but its ethanol solvent and burns. Be sure to be already healthy when you take it tho, any stress/ sleep deprivation etc. it becomes more estrogenic (i take theanine as well beforehand to drop cortisol).
