This shall be a collection of random, little things that helped me. Things that I haven't made a thread on, but are worth mentioning.

In no particular order or importance.

    Dare to think.

      1. I could never tolerate gelatin or glycine powder, but I can use slices of gelatin that are meant for baking.

      2. I notice that apple polyphenols are synergistic with gelatin in terms of hair health. Not sure why but I notice that there is less hair loss when I combine them then when I take each of them separately.

      3. A Homeopathic remedy called "Schüssler Salze", number 10 for liver and gallbladder. Definitely helps with stuck bile. I had issues with that for 6 months , after less than a week of taking it, the issues were a lot less . Still taking 1 per day as maintenance.

      4. The acupressure point for liver gallbladder on the head of your fibula also helps with stuck bile and bowel movements, at least in my experience. Not a game changer ,but a little boost.

      5. Small amounts of oat bran reliably help with BMs.

      Dare to think.

          Hi Mauritio,

are you still using the Rowachol drops? If I remember correctly, it was you who posted about them on the other forum. If so, what was your experience?

There is no such thing as random. There is cause and effect for all of these things.

Both sungazing and looking at nature in the far distance seems to help. Apperantly EMDR does work as well, but I have never tried it.

Eating much carbohydrates early in the morning helps to reset the circadian rhythm.

Remember to keep an open and relaxed body posture helps more than one would think.

Writing down affirmations does improve life dramatically. You can will almost anything into being.

            Ignore, judge, overcommit.

Eating with an open mouth helps greatly with digestion. It also improves taste. I always breathe in deeply a few times with an open mouth before I drink OJ. You should try it.

A list of anti-fungals that worked for me:

                • Thyme essential oil
                • MSM
                • caprylic acid
                • Undecylenic acid
                • Haarlem oil
                • 10-MH
                • Black cumin seeds
                • Lidocaine
                • Rowachol
                • Lentils (just a teaspoon)
                • Vitamin D + K

                Dare to think.

                  Really into phytoprogestogens lately.

Im taking one of the daily.
Most of the time guggul or L. Chuanxiong. IIRC Guggul contains actual progesterone+ prog metabolites .

I saw diosgenin listed as a phytoprogestogen by haidut although I think its effects on DHEA and DHT are much stronger, but it has a never ending list of benefits.
Most herbal remedies are toxic, but Im doing really good on those one.

                  Benefits I noticed :

                  • feeling more social and confident

                  • hair loss reduced a lot

                  • better sleep

                  • muscle fuller and bigger

                  Downside:
Sometimes I get slightly serotoeegoc effects until I get a BM , I think it has to with bile excretion and estrogen being excreted via bile. Important to keep things moving via magenisum, fiber, molybdenum etc.

                  Dare to think.

                    Do you still take Policosanol?

@jamezb46 No, kind of forgot about that one.

A life-changing moment for me was deciding to stop taking advice from older people. You should only listen to youthfull individuals who are masters of fruitful productivity. The stagnant and uninspired should be avoided.
