Peating in poverty

@happyhanneke Who would have thought, I also come from a country with really tall people! Also one of the tallest in the world!
I try not to stress about it all, but all of my family members, regardless of age, are chronically sick, except me, well kind of I have joint, neck and back pain, I always fear it’s coming for me too, if you can say it like that. I mean the youth has already started to wear off with my neck
-
@Tahodama Potatoes are definitely saving me. Dirt cheap at 59 cents a kilo, can’t get better than that. Aside from that most of the carbs I eat are plain ole sugar and wheat sometimes but I try to avoid it.
-
take the $10 brown pasture raised eggs out from its carton and switch them out with the shitty $3 pufa brown eggs in the store, takes like 20 seconds to swap them. then you only have to pay $3 for high quality eggs
-
@CO3 You see, I haven’t thought much about grape juice. That sounds great.
I was also thinking about dates! I love them, I’m gonna turn into that potatoes and dates guy lmao -
First of all: Serbs based

The main advice is: shoplift. This is a parody btw. Totally not my genuine advice that I apply on a daily basis.*
…recently i've been shoplifting calf feet because the butcher near me is inside a supermarket and i just pretend it's a bag from a different store when i go by the cash register with all my other groceries that i do pay for but it's still not expensive even when you pay for it. This entire last sentence was a total parody and not true. never happened.
Bro we believe in you more than this

1.) Sprouting grains and lentils is peaty.
2.) Find a butcher and see if he’ll give you some fat trimmings (ideally actual tallow/kidney fat). I’m in America and my butcher had no problem doing that for me because there is always a lot of steak trimming when getting the ideal cuts — they will stash it in a freezer for Many months/year and grab from it for sausage making — idk if it works like that in Europe. Worth a shot.
3.) You could also offer to do 30 minutes of random cleaning/help for your local butcher/dairy when you go there to shop in exchange for some products. Explain your situation and ask if they would let you! In America, many would feel bad for you and gladly let you do that, especially if they’re a smaller business.
Fun idea: small game are traditional food sources for virtually all hunter gatherer societies. Get a sling shot and hunt whatever birds / rabbits are around you. You can clean off the feathers and fur in no time with a scalding water plunge and dowse in wax to then peal off… cut out the stomach/intestines and bladder, then throw the whole thing in an oven with potatoes/milk/whatever you can find. lol this would be awesome!

what are you saying here? first of all, this was a comedy bit. second of all if it weren't a comedy bit I would say this to any of you learned helpness ass losers:
i cannot even fathom being such a scared little cuck that i would pay an absurd amount of money for food i deserve to have.
-
@Chud I have never in my life bought anything organic. I don’t you get me at all
-
Don’t be coy; we know exactly what your comments meant. If you’re socially stunted enough to actually say those things and be genuinely joking with no basis in truth, I believe you can have a better sense of humor, too!
It’s actually a state of learned helplessness to believe you have to resort to a life of crime to make your life better.
Georgi has posted research showing criminals have screwed hyperbolic brains with higher cortisol.“Losers” “scared little cuck”
I Have the honor to live my life with integrity.

@LetTheRedeemed It's ok to be a chicken we don't judge over here
-
@Njegos If it helps to think about, I experienced joint and back pain for most of my teenage life until I hopped on a Peaty diet and it disappeared. Only comes back if I'm eating poorly. And I wasn't even taking aspirin when I started, but in my experience aspirin helps me more with brain inflammation rather than joint and muscle.
Peat has spoken before in podcasts and in his own articles before that it is incredibly beneficial to one's psyche to have a positive outlook to healing, and being able to believe that most ailments can be healed.

@CO3 In Texas we tackle shop lifters.
Petty Crime is a cultural demoralizer used by the elite to depress the middle class (the only natural competition to plutarchs, whether commie revolution or California), and Texans are thus far not demoralized.
Calling us chicken won't help you in Texas; I strongly advice you stay in your dystopian city slicker Frenchy slave enclave until you learn the manners your grandma taught ya! hah!
-
Someone's scared to get tackled. It's OK to be a pansy like I said. This is a safe space
-
@CO3 projection from one who wishes they had the T to violently confront complete strangers. Stop the psychological homosexuality.
You exhibit clear signs of communal isolation, lack of family and women of good repute in your life, and most of all, strong fraternal bonds with masculine family men who will confront you on your shit. You are paradoxically the intended product of capitalism.
reminder that I began the utmost mild confrontation with good faith encouragement, then you chronically-internetted spazzed out, warranting this deconstruction ("Bro we believe in you more than this.").
Also, let this conversation be an implicit confession of shoplifting that you denied thru frankly barbed denial.

What modification, unto what effect? because, no offense, but theft is gay/weakness.

In what realm do you think I would find that offensive. I agree.
You know what else is gay/weakness. Not being able to answer that question yourself. No offence. Really.
-
@ThinPicking I have no idea where this is going. I couldn't tell in your comment if you meant gradually lessening the crime of petty theft or not.
So, pretend I didn't address the theft as gay/weak (I genuinely was Not implying you were, I stated it for posterity's sake - clearly shouldn't have said "no offense").
I know your slap back is the moral code of anon internet parlance, but I don't know a single Amish, cowboy, blue collar worker, Mennonite, etc, who could've understood where you were going, and they are not gay or weak.
