@Kilgore I am! Just started month eleven, still doing much less than Stephens suggest, right now approximately 16 tbsp a day.

It's an awful process, but I think I've been filtering out toxic trace minerals (nickel) and maybe also heavy metals, since at least January, maybe longer. Because I have a flare of eczema on both my hands I haven't been able to write up the last/new part of my hypothesis, but I think I'd relevant to all the diagnosis in the other thread.

Because of the flare I won't write a lot, but if you have any questions I will try to respond.

@Kilgore I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure low levels of pantothenic acid is mentioned in the Itaconate shunt hypothesis as well. It's an important part of the Krebs cycle. I think it's important to all why it's low though; has that been answered in the other thread?

I feel like thats still a lot. I have his booklet and the portions are just way too much imo.

Sorry to hear that. I see so many posts about nickel sensitivity and eczema (here is one. This woman had incredible results).

@Kilgore My husband and I still use glucose/dextrose throughout the day. We just do way less than we used to. I'm experimenting with betahydroxybutyrate now. As I understand, it's a safe way to utilize ketones for fuel and provides other benefits. Since that's off topic here I may post about it elsewhere as time permits.

I feel amazing after a coffee with 1/4lb of sugar in it, I pedal the bike like I’m in tour de france , and im wondering if changing the ratio of glucose/fructose to be closer to those optimized sports gels by adding dextrose to it will be good.

@sunsunsun mmm sounds good, I remember doing something similar a while ago. Probably would get a bit sickly if consumed too regularly

I stopped. Got no results, but people who I work with, some of them have had some good results.
