How did you guys discover Ray Peat.
For me it was attempting to reverse my many health issues including hypothyroidism that were caused by a long term restrictive plant-based diet. -

Thats when I knew FOR CERTAIN that calories dont exist and that these twitter mfs maybe on to something

Social media. Saw a discussion about thyroid, then found a video with Georgie Dinkov. I suspect BAP is responsible for the recent wave of discovery among relatively healthy and younger folks.

The moment Ray Peat firmly took hold in my conciousness was on 4chan. I had heard his name here and there for a long time I guess, I just never looked into him. I saw someone post in a thread, probably a prepper thread in 2017/2018, about fish oil being bad, and he cited Ray Peat. I thought it was retarded and thought this Ray Peat guy must be an idiot, because fish oil is GREAT for you, but I was just coping because at the time I was taking fish oil and all the other bodybuilding bro supplements to max gains and didn't want to admit I was taking something that might be bad for me.

Guy called Christopher walker years ago talking about increasing your T with his 'thermodiet'. He mentioned Ray Peat once and it peaked my interest so I got digging only to find Danny Roddy and he never left my mind.

I was in the raw primal community in 2020/2021 and I found Ray Peat through Raypeatclips on Youtube. I found that everything Ray said seemed to ignite some innate yearning of the knowledge he was giving and lots of things started to click in my head. Finding Ray completely changed my life.
