@Lothric Tsp of baking soda before a lift is the best preworkout I've ever tried.
I like andro + pansterone but can't say it was crazy anabolic at the doses I was taking (1mg and 3-4mg/day respectively).

How much time before working out did you take the baking soda? And did you dissolve it in water?

@onliest Do you not eat at least 1hr prior your workout? I read that it's recommended to take baking soda 1-2 hrs before and after food.

@GreekDemiGod I have a coke, maybe some lemonade or coffee with big spoonfuls of sugar. It is not filling though unlike starches.

@Lothric what was the 6-keto-p4 like? im always looking for anything anti-catabolic.

@ricksaban I found that 20-25mg post workout helps with muscle building. Its not anything ground breaking mind you, but I seemed to put on muscle slightly faster than if I were not taking it.
