        I have just listened to the latest interview with Dr. Saladino and he seems to following Ray's advice only to some extent like 50-60%...

                        In Paul's defense, the dude has a jawline that I bet surpasses any of you neckbeards commenting on here... and also has muscle tone and output that none of you porch monkeys could match.

                        However, sure, his face looks like it has more wrinkles and is aged more than your typical 47 yr old! (Or does it... have any of you actually seen what the average 47 year old looks like?)

                        But influencers and health gurus are held to a higher standard....

                        I personally believe if he wasn't so scared of starch and incorporated more of them in his diet, he would make face gains.

                        Being a public figure and subjecting yourself to the stress involved with that also likely isn't helping at all.

                        Aging is truly down to minimizing stress and maximizing metabolism.
