This subject of papain piqued my interest, as I purchased papaya powder for a homemade toothpaste recipe almost 2 years ago. I basically did a lot of research of various other toothpaste ingredients and I noticed papaya (papain) was in a couple of them. I had never gotten around to making the toothpaste, due to my negative reaction to the MCHA (calcium hydroxyapatite) within the recipe. I thought I might test the papaya powder as a supplement, since I wasn't using it for the toothpaste (for now); but one thing to note is that I see I bought papaya leaves, not papaya fruit. I do see one of the links mentions the leaves, but I wonder if the fruit is more potent or more preferred. I would much prefer to just eat the real fruit, not powder, but since I have the powder I may try it. I'm just thinking out loud here, with my comments. No need to reply unless you guys think there is something worth passing along. Thanks.

Another way to lower PUFAs effects is to supplement conjugated linoleic acids.
They compete with other PUFAs and do not produce eicosanoids, prostaglandins etc. They actually lower those and get incorporated into cell membranes."Rats treated with CLA isomers showed a reduction in BW, IR, and hypertension. Additionally, there was a significant incorporation of CLA into the plasma membranes of adipocytes and hepatocytes. In contrast, the control rats displayed higher levels of n-6 PUFA and AA in their membranes, which promote the synthesis of eicosanoids and hypertensive prostaglandins."

Coca leaves

traditionally been used for altitude sickness (MoA= increase in CO2?),
Increasing stamina and reducing hunger and fatigue -
Cocaine is just one of the many bioactive molecules. It contains 14 alkaloids in total .
They probably have synergistic effects.
The biological activity of the following alkaloids has been reported in the literature: cocaine, cinnamoylcocaine, benzoylecgonine, methylecgonine, pseudotropine, benzoyltropine, tropacocaine, alpha- and beta-truxilline, hygrine, cuscohygrine and nicotine.

- Ray said that the issue with cocaine is that increases your metabolism so much that you quickly develope vitamin deficiencies. This study found that chewing coca leaves increases the metabolisms of subjects by up 66%. There was one guy in the study for who it reduced it metabolism by about 20% and it was also the guy with the lowest body temp. Coca leaves actually decreased his temp from 36.3 to 36°C. So it seems like it made him hypoglycemic, maybe he didn't eat beforehand ?
For another guy it increased his temps to 37.6 .
