      @CrumblingCookie thanks for sharing.
Isn't that because it's a protease, so in sufficient amounts it would digest the protein/cartilage there ?
I think some people report stomach issues when eating too much papaya/papain but only after some time. Maybe it has a similar effect on the intestines.
Viruses need proteases to multiply, so it could have a pro-viral effect ?

Also anybody: don't eat the seeds. It's touted as an anti-mircrobial, but it also messes with your hormones . I tried it and didn't feel well for 2 days.
It do like papaya and it seemes to help with constipation/cholestasis.
      Next I'll try papain.

      Dare to think.

this nigga ate a couple papaya seeds and was ill for two days

        reminds me of this quote:

All men have a fire that burns inside of them.
For some it's a fierce flame, the sort that burn 3000kcal a day just by existing.
Men with these flames are the true gigachads, the ones who can enjoy life to the fullest. Everything comes free to them, unlimited energy, great looks, physical prowess, big dicks, charisma, innate skill, vigor, optimism, wealth, opportunity of all kinds etc.
These men are what all men want to be, but sadly most never get to experience such a life.

For most men have weak little flames, the ones that burn very frugally. They don't consume much energy which is why they're prone to becoming skinnyfat. Thin little limbs and a big round belly that retains fuel forever since so little is used in a day.
The permanent "survival mode", born out of inner fear. Peasant genetics really. These men will commonly try to better their lives but they find it's a very steep climb. "I'm trying but I just got no energy" they'll say. They're always tired, always feeling ill, always apathetic towards everything.
It's obvious to all bystanders and it instinctively repulses them as lepers do. Women want nothing to do with these hollow husks of men, those who cannot enjoy life.
They're not interested in a smart guy who will live life as efficiently as possible, they want a wild card who isn't afraid of anything. The sort of guy who thinks "New York, sounds like fun!" rather than snorting and citing crime statistics.

Basically, the reason why many women like n****rs is because their flames burn a little stronger than the average civilized man's does.
They're not scared of doing what they like, they're going outside and interacting with the world rather than cooping up indoors and observing life from a safe distance.

@sunsunsun my posts aren't super organized. I post some stuff here, some stuff on X, a lot of stuff on both.
But I was thinking about making a substack, because X users don't seem to be willing to read more than 2 sentences.

          Dare to think.

Ya, when very interesting, I suggest to give a highlight with max 5 lines. Just to see if it's pertinent for the reader.

@sunsunsun @Corngold jack cruz claimed that one of the main reasons they increased emf exposure that much on population scale, was to get to black people, as blue light was effective to influence white people behaviors but not effective on black due to melanin blocking it, therefore black people were less prone to manipulation, and emf solved it for the most part. All jack cruz claim

This subject of papain piqued my interest, as I purchased papaya powder for a homemade toothpaste recipe almost 2 years ago. I basically did a lot of research of various other toothpaste ingredients and I noticed papaya (papain) was in a couple of them. I had never gotten around to making the toothpaste, due to my negative reaction to the MCHA (calcium hydroxyapatite) within the recipe. I thought I might test the papaya powder as a supplement, since I wasn't using it for the toothpaste (for now); but one thing to note is that I see I bought papaya leaves, not papaya fruit. I do see one of the links mentions the leaves, but I wonder if the fruit is more potent or more preferred. I would much prefer to just eat the real fruit, not powder, but since I have the powder I may try it. I'm just thinking out loud here, with my comments. No need to reply unless you guys think there is something worth passing along. Thanks.

Another way to lower PUFAs effects is to supplement conjugated linoleic acids.
They compete with other PUFAs and do not produce eicosanoids, prostaglandins etc. They actually lower those and get incorporated into cell membranes.

"Rats treated with CLA isomers showed a reduction in BW, IR, and hypertension. Additionally, there was a significant incorporation of CLA into the plasma membranes of adipocytes and hepatocytes. In contrast, the control rats displayed higher levels of n-6 PUFA and AA in their membranes, which promote the synthesis of eicosanoids and hypertensive prostaglandins."

An interesting candidate for CLA supplementation is Punicic acid from pomegranate seeds.

                                          Coca leaves

                                          • traditionally been used for altitude sickness (MoA= increase in CO2?),
Increasing stamina and reducing hunger and fatigue

                                          • Cocaine is just one of the many bioactive molecules. It contains 14 alkaloids in total .
                                            They probably have synergistic effects.

The biological activity of the following alkaloids has been reported in the literature: cocaine, cinnamoylcocaine, benzoylecgonine, methylecgonine, pseudotropine, benzoyltropine, tropacocaine, alpha- and beta-truxilline, hygrine, cuscohygrine and nicotine.

                                          https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6379304/

                                          • Ray said that the issue with cocaine is that increases your metabolism so much that you quickly develope vitamin deficiencies. This study found that chewing coca leaves increases the metabolisms of subjects by up 66%. There was one guy in the study for who it reduced it metabolism by about 20% and it was also the guy with the lowest body temp. Coca leaves actually decreased his temp from 36.3 to 36°C. So it seems like it made him hypoglycemic, maybe he didn't eat beforehand ?
For another guy it increased his temps to 37.6 .

                                          Interesting read:

                                            Aronia berry

A small amount of the extract increased the body temperature of women by over a degree.
                                            https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3843504/#Sec2

                                            Anthocyanins from Aronia (cyanidin
291 3-arabinoside, cyanidin 3-galactoside, cyanidin 3-xyloside and cyanidin 3-glucoside) increased the effects of the anti aging protein klotho.
It increased several health markers of the brain.
They also increased antioxidants and monoanines of which dopamine was increased the strongest in the brain.
They also drastically down regulated COX-2 and inflammatory cytokines.
                                            https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28657734/

Aronia polyphenols drastically increased PGC1a in Brown adipose tissue (new mitochondria) and slightly increased UCP1.
                                            https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7339576

Here we got an anti-inflammatory effect of aronia. But what's more interesting is that they used histamine and serotonin to induce the inflammation, including the (paw) edema. Notably, the concentration needed to induce inflammation was 50 times lower for serotonin than for histmine. And histamine is a known inflammation induced, yet you rarely hear the same thing about serotonin, although it seems to be a lot more harmful in that regard.

"Inflammation of rat hind paw was induced either by 0.5% solution of histamine or by 0.01% solution of serotonin."
