In one of the LOA (Law of Assumption) threads someone was posting pics and talking about trying to manifest a better body. People were telling him to restrict caloric intake and work out, someone said he didn't have to do that and should "look up Ray Peat".

Do what thou Peat shall be the whole of the Law.

Peat is mentioned thousands of times a day all over social media. Not like he's some kept secret that a few hundred people know about at this point. I mean, his ideas have spread so far that RFK Jr. is taking ideas he popularized and is going to ban seed oils through his role at the Department of Health, among many other things.
I would definitely credit 4chan with being a big key in what helped popularize him and his ideas though. It was the first place I heard about him, and it pissed me off to be honest. It was a discussion on fitness and nutrition and someone said fish oil was bad and cited Peat. I was mad because I was taking tons of fish oil because that's one of the things all the gym bros said to take. Didn't want to admit I had maybe been damaging my health and had wasted money on it.
I eventually came around.

It is when the disinterested cultural elite realize the extent they have been brainwashed that they begin to evangelize Peat with fervor like a snowballing avalanche that we shudder because the occult has lost its mystery and we take offense at being preached to. Being preached to by our persecutors is like an apostle being to by Paul.
I can only chuckle as this perestroika moment comes and passes us, as I expect various Youtubers reinterpret Peat and start their own breakaway denominations.
