Any source of silica, including clean supplements are heavy in thiaminases. So you'd need to watch your B1 status. And the comparison to gorillas is misguided. They have very long, large bowels and different milieu/flora, which would account for ability of eating heavy vegetative things and fibers.

@bio3nergetic goated ball anecdote. any specific source? Have you noticed a tendency that certains specific b vitamins tend to be higher as silica content increases?

If taken, one can ensure the brand features absolute clean source of just silica and/or have a bit extra thiamine away from when it is taken.

this pic is AI BTW. not the original. I will be doing this again btw ๐Ÿ˜‚ 1.5l of volvic water, 2 servings of green beans a day. And I will be opting for whole grains and brown rice, not refined or white. no oats though. I do not see the need. Simple switches -> beans for greens and starches brown. Nice.

I need to grow up. No. Don't spend money on the delicous fizzy drinks. Be the man you deserve to be. And get the literal daily intake of silicon an american gets in a refreshing bottle of volcanoe water for 7.8 euros a week. You retard lol. All your drinks have artificial flavourings in them! They just taste good. Drink coffee vs energy drinks too. I'll mog definetley. LFG

.. all the while keeping in mind that the silicon that occurs naturally in foods is a totally different animal than the one that is called a supplement. Ray warned that taking the supplement is akin to consuming powdered glass. Caveat emptor.

The bamboo extract supplement I was taking, 70% silica according to the label, dissolved in water. It even tasted sweet, kinda boosted the flavor of tea when I would add it to tea.

I call it quits at 3l a day. 1.5l seems reasonable long term lol. Not ideal; 1.5l volvic. Green beans as the preffered dinna tyme veg. Opting for the brown bread pill. Would get my silicon intake to 50mg a day I reckon. On par with the average. But I can't complain.

Sure, if you prefer tincture form.

I used the Nutricost Bamboo Extract from Amazon.

I think you get more silica/extract overall with the Nutricost.

What about the size of the silicon molecule to reach the cell, as if any " bio extract" from water, vegetable or bread could reach the target / the cell, at the same level !? No matter the state of your metabolism (> 55 yrs) ๐Ÿ˜‰
