New "Mission" of RPF

@C-Mex Maybe.

Just a quick look at Wikipedia shows that a number of measures for controlling internet content were proposed around 2011 and didn't pass. Didn't the RFP start in 2012? Later on Obama authorized some of these measures in 2015. It seems the gov't was quite concerned with internet content (and the names of these things sometimes belie their true intent) around the time or just before the RPF was established by an unknown individual or entity.
Edit: At the time the RPF was started, there were already a number of FB groups discussing Ray Peat's work, and likely others elsewhere.

*Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act (PCNAA)
The Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act was introduced in 2010 but did not become law.[67]The proposed Act caused controversy for what critics perceived as its authorization for the U.S. president to apply a full block of the Internet in the U.S.[68]
A new bill, the Executive Cyberspace Coordination Act of 2011, was under consideration by the U.S. Congress in 2011.[69] The new bill addresses many of the same issues as, but takes quite a different approach from the Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act.*
*Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA)
The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) was a proposed law introduced in November 2011, with the stated goal of giving the U.S. government additional options and resources to ensure the security of networks against attacks.[76] It was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives in April 2012 but was not passed by the U.S. Senate. The bill was reintroduced in the House in February 2013[77] and again in January 2015. While this bill never became law, a similar bill from the U.S. Senate, the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA), was incorporated by amendment into a consolidated spending bill in the U.S. House on December 15, 2015,[44] and was signed into law by President Barack Obama on December 18, 2015.[78]*

You found it. Great work.

The reason I think so is because big pharma is undeniably part of the military-industrial-complex and the CIA's job is to keep all of them in business and recognize and neutralize threats. First they needed to infiltrate then begin to seed the truth with disinformation. After Ray Peat's death, they went full on with the election coming. Still, you think they could have come up with something better than 'toxic vitamin a', lol. Maybe that's just a testament to how solid Ray Peat's work is.
-
@C-Mex
So maybe the Deparment of Pharmacology at Cambridge wants to really know how cellular biology works.

Nah..... just kidding. This could be the trail that leads to the would be lion's demise. Better back up this site quick! Not kidding now. -
@C-Mex I think Iceland is a pretty common server farm. I was considering starting my own blog (mostly unrelated to our topics here) about a year ago, and when I looked into options Iceland based virtual servers were a very popular and cheap option available. It's not out the realm of possibility he moved the site to another server based in England for whatever reason. Idk though, it could be all a honeypot. Not sure the investment is all that worth it. Consider the fact it's taken them this long and they still don't even have 10K members. I feel like if they were running a disinformation campaign they'd probably have better luck using Reddit in this day and age.
I wished there was some people who can comment how the OLD Peatarian forum was ran, and if Charlie was a member there. I wasn't around during that time. But knowing his origins would explain a lot. Blossum (his moderator) is obviously a real non-spook person. She's even posted pictures of herself. Charlie does stay out of public eye though. And if anything is alarming to me personally it would be behavior changes. When I was really active on RPF Charlie was barely around at all. Dude almost never posted. Now he won't shut up. Almost like a different person entirely.
But if I had to guess, my intuition is telling me he's still the same old Charlie that I knew. I remember before the toxic A crap he was doing this "fruit cleanse" thing by a doctor named Morse or something like that. Yet another detox scam, about pissing out white cloudy shit that settles to the bottom (probably still on the forum if you search for it). He was also going on about how it was "god's way" or "god's diet." Definitely sounds familiar doesn't it, lol.

All invented IMO. Pictures could be anybody. We've never heard a voice, seen a person in person.
Iceland's just the server, and has nothing to do with it.
The Ray Peat Forum is recognized by more than one website as a non-profit operating in Cambridge, UK. This is not getting mixed up with any server location, IMO.
Edit: I vaguely remember Peatarian, and I don't think Charlie was associated with it -- it was like a whole different thing completely -- but I can't say for sure. I was a member of a couple of FB groups discussing Peat's work, but I'm pretty sure 'Charlie' didn't come from there. Who would even think to be suspicious back then, someone like me still learning?
From the domain owner info, it looks like Ray starting publishing his work on his website around 2005. That's how I found his work, something from his site came up on a search I did on a topic. There must have been nothing they could do to stop him from publishing his work on his own website, hence the invention of the RPF. No wonder he later expressed concern about it.

@Mulloch94 Namecheap is the domain registrar and Cloudflare is the server. Iceland is just the standard address Namecheap uses if you pay for privacy so that your home address isn’t listed.
I was around for Peatarian. It started out great but got a bit crazy because there was no moderation. Charlie was never a member.
https://web.archive.org/web/20130805063645/http://peatarian.com/In 2015 the founder Bruno suddenly shut it down - one day it points to this new URL with this message: “This used to be a Ray Peat inspired forum called 'Peatarian', but as pointed out by many people throughout the years the whole concept is not a good idea, it's way too cultish.”
https://web.archive.org/web/20150429173020/http://beesandbutterflies.org/This was the thread about it on RPF
https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/peatarian-com-is-now-beesandbutterflies-org.6497/Later on there was talk that Bruno thought Danny and Georgi were gang stalking him and sending subliminal messages through YouTube videos.
https://www.reddit.com/r/raypeat/comments/18l2ykp/anon_who_claims_he_was_gangstalked_and_harassed/There is some more info about the history here
https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/how-did-ray-peat-became-known.24744/As for Charlie I agree with you that his way of writing did not change. Maybe AI is good enough to fake that these days? Otherwise I think it’s very possible he was installed from Day one. Just waiting for Ray’s death to activate the plan.

I found Ray’s website through search as well. I doubt that would even be possible now. Most independent health websites are now buried or deindexed in search engines. Or what happened with Cancer Tutor - someone bought it and all the original info is gone.
Also notice how there aren’t any forums that come up in search anymore, other than Reddit. They want us on social media sites where our conversations can be monitored and redirected by the likes of Garrett Smith, Thor Torrens, Will of Europa etc.

https://www.reddit.com/r/raypeat/comments/18l2ykp/anon_who_claims_he_was_gangstalked_and_harassedThis is all very bizarre and I wasn't aware of any of it. On Wayback Machine it looks like it goes back to 2012 as well.. I wonder if these were just two different attempts at the same thing. Then in 2015 they realized there was no need for duplication. Of course they'd need to invent some excuse to drop Peatarian and of course it would help to discredit Peat in inklings if people around his work started showing signs of mental instability.

@C-Mex Maybe there was/is no "Charlie."
The term "Charlie" used by the military mainly refers to enemy soldiers. -
That's an interesting point. The Viet Cong -- Soviet-backed communists -- were called Charlie. Yes, I am thinking that there is no 'Charlie' except as an invented character, and there never was.
-
@C-Mex I found his name - Bruno Vandekerkhove was the founder of Peatarian
That’s from here https://web.archive.org/web/20151220053743/http://beesandbutterflies.org/p/Bruno
List of members here
https://web.archive.org/web/20160206155604/http://beesandbutterflies.org/usersThis is him https://www.facebook.com/bruno.vandekerckhove.37/
I remember messaging with him back in the day... he used to call Ray “Papa”
Seemed like a real person to me. But who knows. -
It is interesting that Charlie's family business now has a new front page. It is a retail business and has a physical presence in Tallahassee, FL.

“Charlie” is real
He was doxxed back in February - or that’s when it was sent to me privately
That information, I see, no longer exists
Which is appropriate -

Which is appropriateNo. The guy who set up the Llfe Giving Store (a likely CIA front) might have been doxxed. You sent me his name privately here at the same time as you asked me what my username on the Forum is/was. Remember?

Are you sure? I had questions about this earlier and it turned out there was no physical store. I get this error:
This address looks like a mail service to me, the kind of businesses that will hold or forward your mail for you.

@C-Mex I went back and read this thread. Where it is headed in it’s entirety. Im curious to see what unfolds.

You also told me that his name was posted on Twitter and that was how you knew it. When I asked you for a link, you couldn't find it.

@C-Mex ok
It was scrubbed
