I do find it hard to believe it’s the same Charlie, how is it possible he kept his fundie religion stuff under wraps so long? Did lack of vitamin A cause some sort of mental breakdown post covid or did they swap him out.
@Hando-Jin said in New "Mission" of RPF:
But years ago when people were talking on other forums about how obnoxious he was, somebody talked about his father and posted and all the kooky metaphysical ideas he was into. Just completely insane stuff. I think it's simply a case of the apple not falling far from the tree. Nobody born to someone like that is coming out normal.
I think Charlie's personality could of course be separate from an effort to undermine Peat. Charlie has just got cocky now that Peat has departed and thinks he can slander him anyway he wants without the authority of Peat's own responses putting him back in his box. It's all behavior characteristic of a BPD person- sneaky, bitchy, underhanded, dishonorable, dishonest etc

Anyway whatever happened they did succeed. The URL may have changed but Ray’s name is still attached to that forum under the guise of this failed “low toxin” movement. If I was an outsider just learning about Ray now, I would dismiss him based on that forum.
Ok doomer.

*It's possible to work on a consolidation of peats work in the context of other 'movements' and people generally not interested, with a practical application.

@ilovethesea It's the same tactic communitarians use. Hegelian dialiectic and all that.
Here is a good book on the subject.

It's the same tactic
If you find yourself disputing the moon landings with a moon bro...
(For no good reason. Probably better to discuss why that's a topic of interest.)

@ilovethesea there is less than a year that i got to know about peating. The forum was already transitioning, a few months before changing raypeatforum to lowtoxinforum and there was a lot of posts against peating and promoting anti vitamin A. Nonetheless i got much more interested in testing peating ideas. The first one that made me realize that peat might be right about something was that i tested licking a tablespoon of sugar before sleeping and it pretty much gave me the most intense, vivid and beautiful dreams.
I think those that have a honest interest in looking for cure and truth won't be captured by fad diets.
Besides, i feel something negative and maybe spiritually disturbing when i read charlie's post or try to watch/read anything of Garret Smith.
Too much pride. -
LOL. Looks like losing the Ray Peat brand isn't working out too well.

Good find.

My Goodness! King Charles seems to need empathy…
Version 2:
What’s the fuck! Emperor Cesare seems to have a somewhat vengeful spirit.
He lacks self-confidence.

We have completely entered a new paradigm.

Straight up yoinked the name of this forum, that's crazy lol.

Maybe it's a play for the result of a 'bioenergetic forum' search. Maybe he needs the traffic...

@Charlie benefited from eating liver:
I ate liver a couple of days this week and noticed my acne improved dramatically. I am slowly backing off supplementing.None, now. And barely anything before that. Last week, I ate no liver, had significant acne. This week, ate it 2 days, huge difference. I think I am going to try to eat liver at least once a week from now on. Not having to force it down anymore, so it's not such a big deal like it use to be. I am trying my best to get everything from food. Except thyroid hormone, since I am not able to get that from food I am supplementing that.Does the dandruff itch or burn? Do you think it could possibly be seborrheic dermatitis? Because I am dealing with that and I also noticed that its much better this week.K, but back on topic. Liver is definitely helping my acne. -
