@xyit Updated the post for clarity
-
Cypro too apparently
-
@abe already on it, hoping to see noticeable results

I heard someone say that megadosing red clover extract increased their height by an inch. Apparently it has some effect of turning fat stem cells into bone stem cells...
https://examine.com/supplements/red-clover-extract/research/It probably doesn't work, but could be worth a shot. Lmk how it goes if you try it.
Other notes...
You can probably increase your k2 dose. Also, milk might be particularly important for the growth hormones -
@nigga Some of these compounds weren't approved for non-medical use, and besides that unless you're prescribed thyroid you shouldn't be taking it, due to the inherent risks of such a powerful hormone. The scientific evidence between any of these increasing your height is very poor

Why would losing bodyfat be necessary beyond limiting aromatization? I think staying in a caloric surplus as much as possible will be necessary unless I forgot something
Also make sure your aromatase isnuked with vitamin E and androsterone if you're not going the pharmeceutical route. That along with getting real HGH from a site like PurplePandaLabs will be the most beneficial. Everything else you mentioned is the cherry on top at best, though the thyroid may be underrated
But go to the doctor and get your growth plates checked so you don't just give yourself acromegaly for no reason.
That's basically the final answer for this stuff -
Before growth plates have closed, mk677 or HGH will make you grow taller. These effects can be exaggerated by:
-IGF-1 DES-Reducing oestrogen with an aromatase inhibitor and increasing testosterone production by using hCG. This will effectively delay the closure of the growth plates during puberty. What the consequences of that are, no one really knows yet. Could also make your dick bigger by increasing the reduction of testosterone to DHT relative to oestrogen aromatisation.
Post growth plate closure, there is little that can be done. I have read about people experimenting with Relaxin to relax the ligaments holding the bones together, but this is pretty esoteric stuff.
-
Past growth plate closure you need to Influence bone adaptation through homeostatic regulation. How do you achieve homeostatic regulation? it's achieved from balancing amino acids in your body (homeostasis) a second theory has conflicting results with this "mechanostat hypothesis" but it still leads to the same outcome of growing taller so might as well try doing both. instead epigenetic regulation involves positive feedback loops that drive differentiation, compelling elements of the bone system choose between two extreme levels called attractors. lamellar bone formation is regulated homeostatically, while the formation of woven-fibered bone or fracture callus is regulated epigenetically. Woven bone formation, in particular, is attributed to a positive feedback loop involving factors like transforming growth factor beta (TGF beta), insulin-like growth factor (IGF), and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). This positive feedback loop stimulates osteoblasts to a state of increased individual activity.
do Massai jumps to create microfractures Reach Homeostasis with your amino acid profile for proper building blocks of cartilage Promote differentiation of the bone with an increase of IGF-1 Have high DHT Get rid of inflammation More T3 More calcium Increased Blood Flow

Thyroid supplementation + Vitamin K2 + Magnesium Carbonate = Height growth
-
This is what I am currently trying:
- Calcium > 2500 mg
- Vitamin D3 5000 IU
- Vitamin K2 MK4 22.5 mg
- Posture Correction: proper breathing pattern to maximize CO2 and correct biomechanics
- Zinc, Baking Soda, Aspirin regularly
- Started T3 supplementation (6.25-10mcg per meal 3 times a day)
-
@rayjeet Pretty good, is there a specific reason you take zinc ? Generally it uses a lot of your copper so be mindful of that
-
@rayjeet Missed gelatin
-
@nigga you're only 17. Just drink milk and you will probably grow a few inches in the next 3-4 years no matter what. I grew like 2 inches at 19 years old just eating random food like beans and chicken
-
@rayjeet hold on I didn't finish reading, are you starting thyroid supp by taking 10mcg of T3 ?? Have you done any bloodwork beforehand ?
-
@Cornelyan No specific reason for zinc. Its just in my K2 supplement capsule lol.
-
@nigga why are you concerned with something as meaningless as growing half an inch
-
@Cornelyan No bloodwork. I have 25mcg tabs that I break into 4 pieces and take one at a time with meals. Just wanted to try T3.
-
@nigga have you tried breaking your legs and adding metal rods to them. Could give you a few inches
-
@rayjeet I guess you should lower the dosage if you're not familiar with the product, also watch your copper and don't forget thyroid may very well increase your nutritional needs (rare cases where it's the opposite)
-
@Cornelyan Thanks bro. I am trying to eat more.
For the T3 dose, I saw a GE episode where Ray mentioned <10mcg per dose to be Okay. Should I start with 3?
